Help / No-see bricks glitch!

On my friend's server, We comonly see that our builds are invisible to someone, not even holding a tool will reveal the brick. I fix it by duping the build, it seems to work. But CAN SOMEONE PLEASE FIX IT?!??!?!

It makes pre-buit builds, such as a house, and you place it like a brick. it shoud be the normal birck placement item, but it should be blue. and you can save bulids into the item. it would be irfect. PLZ MAKE IT! and make sure to give  's to me for the idea.
