Robot Tales follows the story of M-133 and Ni-3c. M-133 is a combat robot deisgned to be efficient, effective, and replacable. Any part in his structure can be replaced easily by finding a part with similar connections, or an exact part entirley. The entire robot is basically a wire frame with a synthetic skin overlay to prevent akward social mishaps. M-133 is normally dons blue jeans, a brown leather belt, black boots specficially deisgned for his model, gray t-shirt, & and black jacket with bulletproof fibers known as the cast iron cloak. M-133's hair is a 3 pronged spike, with no practical application. M-133 is capable of overiding explosives by lazering his trademark logo and activating switches found beneath his fingers. He is also capable of close quarter combat and has excellent long range accuracy. M-133 was designed to take down entire squadrons of armies using only 1 or two units, but the Beta model (Protagonist) escaped during a test run and left the other models unable to be released due to underdevloped testing. M-133 is a 6 feet tall with a large stature and has considerable strength
Ni-3c is a robot designed to eat any caliber of bullet or explovie and fire it out of chambers in it's head. He is also capable of tensing his body to be used as a close range melee weapon. Ni-3c is just a single robot from an entire line of robots who were at training and compatibility camp, which is located in the same facility as the lab used for M-133. Ni-3c escapes with M-133. Ni-3c has an incredibly tiny frame which has the bare basics of arms and legs, and has a hard time holding his own in a fight without his bretherin or someone else to help him. Ni-3c wears no clothing but is painted a chrome black. To blend into modern society M-133 passes him off as "His divorced wife's son" and N-133 attends the local school dressed in normal clothing and a hat.
Dr.James is the sponser of project M-133 and is displeased with the fact that his investment ran out from under the noses of the security center, his office is adorned with plants and several exotic birds, one which is normally perched upon his shoulder is a cyborg hybrid capable of relaying information, basically a modern homing pidgeon. M-133 was pard of project Icarus, which is to disable all electricity and revert the earth to a earlier time before the technology age allowing nature to "Take back what rightfully belongs to her". Ironically, Dr. James owns some of the most modern technology upon which M-133 was to be the latest. M-133 was to be mass produced and used as Dr. James personal army.
While M-133 escapes he meets Ni-3c and agrees "to help him escape and never care of him again" but cliche-ily enough befriends him as his only aquatiance. To escape they have to deactivate a cell block releasing several other failed genetic experiments, which cause one of the stories main problems. M-133 and Ni-3c have to destory the other experiments as they appear before they cause any major damage to earth. In addition they have to avoid Dr.James and blend into modern society.
Legendary Evil Person (Lep) is introduced later in the story. Lep is a failed experiment capable of concious forwarding or "Possesing people", and uses it to great personal gain until he is stopped by M-133 and Ni-3c, who he then befriends and helps them fight crime but only because "He wants to be the only evil entity on earth." When his job is complete he garuntees he will destory M-133 and Ni-3c to stop them from "getting in the way". Lep is a staggering 8 feet tall and incredibly slim. Normally having to slouch to drive a car or enter a doorway. Lep is very old fashioned and once he runs out of the mental capacity to posses people he uses modified several chambered flintlock pistol with his "Homemade ammo" which can vary from exploding bullets to tranquilizing darts.Lep is normally clad in a black with white pinstripes. The pinstripes are in reality normal but have a tenancy to look twisted and clumped. The entire suit looks like it's about to fall apart and looks frayed around the edges. The sleeves are normally rolled up and the suit is wrinkled like it is never dry-cleaned, the suit somehow remains completely clean at all times and never does fall apart nor do any of the threads ever become undone. Whenever Lep is questioned about the contents of his bulging pocket he normally replies "Nothing you need to know about".
