Off Topic / Which Graphic Card should I get?

My Birthday is coming around in May, so my parents like to start shopping for me around April. I'm trying to choose out of these 2 graphics cards, which one should I get, and why? Here's a link to both of them.

Yeah, well
A lot of newer games that I get on Steam are kinda... draggy (specially TDU2, I can't even drive without a delay on turning...) and the graphics are horrendous. Any game I play has to be on set on the lowest graphic setting to make it playable, which makes the game less "fun" (in my opinion of course). I think a new graphic card will do the trick, but the problem is that I'm not very "techy". I'm not sure which graphic card I should buy, or even how to really pop one in to my computer.
Anyone have any idea on what kind of graphic card I should buy, or even outside knowledge I show know on this subject? It would be much appreciated, thanks.

Suggestions & Requests / C-14 gauss Rifle (SC Marine Rifle)

I figured I could really use this weapon, & I'm sure many other people would appreciate it as well.
So, back to business.

Size proportion & Coloring (The Marines armor should be the same size as the BL minifig, so you understand the gun's size better.)
Now, not the whole model needs to be picture perfect, the only things that need to really be added to the model, are the 2 bulges in the front of the gun, and the 5 stripe things on the barrel. Every thing else would pretty much be a clean cut.
That's pretty much it. If someone makes this model I would be deeply grateful.
(And don't let this topic die!)

And I'm freaking out. He's 20 & I'm 13 and without me knowing he was home he walked in to my room and asked if he could use my computer. He sorta walked in while I was just about to
pull my pants up and be done. When I turned around and saw him he was sorta laughing.
About maybe 3 minutes later he (I had been laying in my bed freaking out) walked in to
my room and told me, " don't let dad see you doing that or he will take away your computer. I did that when I was younger too. "I said, that kind of helps
with me freaking out.
I'm still a bit jumpy right now, because that was the first time I watched research.

Off Topic / My Grandmother just passed away

I was sitting in my room playing StarCraftII when my father got the call from his brother about there mom. We were all aware of the health of my Grandmother, Lung cancer, but we expected at least another 6 six months. today at 2:00, my father was talking to his mom, he said that she sounded healthy, strong. and at 8:30, my mother bought tickets to fly out to my grandmother in 13 days, and at 9:00 we got the dreadful call. My grandmother was being transported from the hospital to the retirement home when she had a heart attack. Right now its 10:36, I still did not cry.
