[Scaler] - The Instrument Anyone Can Play~~~~~
Introduction The Scaler is a piano-looking instrument made to play music in Blockland. Unlike normal pianos, it's designed to particularly play major and minor scales. The keys are assigned to different scale degrees as apposed to fixed frequencies, with several other buttons changing the scale/key. This means that even if you don't know ANY music theory, you'll still be able play the Scaler and make it sound good, as all the "wrong notes" are eliminated from play.
This in conjunction with the stacked keys allows someone to play three octaves without having to shuffle left and right constantly, a major problem with many Blockland instruments.
Here are some pictures and a bit of deeper explanation of the instrument.
Features and Explanation
-The Key Changer and Keys- The key changer (the lower bit) changes the root note of the scale to the note chosen. The sharp # accidental (or rather, hash key) increases the key by a semitone. If your desired root note has a flat b accidental, simply switch to the enharmonic (Bb --> A#).
I'm pretty sure everyone knows what the keys do; you press them to play the different notes. However, the positioning of them probably will need a bit of explaining. In fact, let me show you a picture:
(Very professional looking, am I right?) This might look like a mess at first, but it's quite simple. The numbers represent the different scale degrees. If you don't know what that means, don't worry. All you need to know is to go up the scale, increase the number, and to go down, decrease the number. Also, like the way a clock loops at 12, the Scaler loops, but at 7.
-The Scale Changer- The scale changer changes what scale type you're playing in. I'm thinking about adding more scales in the future, but for now the two scales are the major and minor scales. Green being major and red being minor. If you don't know what the major and minor scales are, basically major sounds happy and minor sounds sad. (I know I'm probably going to get shot for saying that -- there are exceptions to this rule and it's quite a big generalization. For now though, just keep that piece of info in your head.)
-Multi-Purpose Pads- These are eventable for other purposes you may have, such as playing samples or changing lights at a setup, and so on. Change event #1 (not 0) to the function you need to the pad to do. There are nine pads available to edit, so you can have them each working different things.

This is a beta currently, so I'm not really sure about the stability of things yet, and also if there are any heavily needed functions. If you find any bugs or want to make a suggestion tell me and I'll put them here for a personal/public to-do list. If there's a bug listed (or even a suggestion) that someone thinks they might know how to fix or do, please tell me.
-Known Bugs-: None as of yet
-Suggestions-:
King Leo: "Disable all" as apposed to using numbers on keys.
