Oh snap, I made an error when trying to call the slayer team name. I'm not too familiar with all of Slayers core functions so I had to do a bit of digging in the code to recheck the variables, sorry about that.

Whoops, I made a small typo in the code, literally forgot a %i

You can redownload the fixed version from the same link as before, just be sure to delete/overwrite the one you have now

EDIT: I've been informed by Spartan224 of a bug where lives were not added back properly after respawning from the dead. It should be fixed now
I tested this out with other people and tried the following

Ex. 1: onRelay > Team(Brick) > respawnDead > Test
Ex. 2: onActivate > Team(Client) > respawnDead > Test

To test out the event, I made a team called "Test" and made a friend click a 1x1 to respawn dead Test team members.(Ex.2)
Oddly enough didn't work. Am I doing something wrong?

This should work, although I haven't tested it so please let me know if it doesn't

Event_respawnDead
*Requires Gamemode_Slayer*

Can be used as the following:
onInput > Team(Client) > respawnDead > [TeamName]

Unfortunately didn't show up as an option on the output event section.

so would it be like Team1, Team2, Team3, and so on?
or how would it figure out which team to apply it to?
and is there an example event already of something similar, ie the respawn all?

In example: onRelay > Team(Brick) > respawnDead

“Team(Brick)” and “Team(Client)” are target events that come with Slayer I believe.
It will know which team to target using one of those two events.

Hi everyone, here's a quick detail on the event:
It is an output event for the target event "Team(Client)" and "Team(Brick)"
In example: onRelay > Team(Brick) > respawnDead

This event will only respawn dead teammates. (There's only a respawnAll output for the Team(Brick) target event, but that's not what I need.)
If someone could possibly create this, it would be much appreciated!

What about a 'respawnDeadPlayers' event with an input that could refer to a specific or random slayer team to spawn them into
that sounds better and much simpler, not sure if that's possible as well too

the problem with this “ifPlayerDead” idea is when will the event be called? how often will it be called? it makes much more sense to use VCE for this as then you can do something like
onRelay > Self > checkVar or whatever [player:isdead]
or somestuff like that.

and regardless, the thing you want sounds like wave spawning, which is something you’ll probably have to script since there isnt anything out there and easily installable that does that.
I already tried using VCE for this while also using the onMinigameDeath but I believe the MinigameDeath event is a bit buggy, not sure.
Either it's buggy or I just didn't set up the VCE events correctly.

I'm aware it exists, you are able to change a player's respawn time but I'd like to respawn every dead player at the same exact time.

check if which player is dead? you want like 64 input events for each potential player the server can have?

this is fundamentally flawed because there's no good way to arbitrarily gather players through events. You need a direct reference to a target
What else would you suggest?

"IfPlayerDead" or "checkIfPlayerDead"
is this even possible?

basically, this event checks if a player (or players) are dead, almost like checkTeam.
This would also mean it requires an input event "onIfPlayerDeadTrue" and "onIfPlayerDeadFalse" so it could run a target and output event.
Why do I need this?
This is for my SCP:SL remake, so every dead player could respawn as one certain team every 5 minutes.

The roads are lovely but the ramps are something highly needed >:(

anyone got an old copy of them to share? (since he lost them but a few people still somewhat have the ramps..)

EDIT: Another topic was made ( https://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=271108.0 ) about the ramps, you can see what I'm talking about. But, I'd really want ramps >:(
