It basically means Intercontinental Ballistic Missile, so technically it doesn't require a nuclear warhead to be classified as such.

But launching a warhead to the other side of the planet is a HUGE waste of money unless you are doing a lot of damage,
so if you create an ICBM without a nuclear payload you're pretty much wasting money.

German here too, and the only problem we've had is housing all those people arriving overnight.

I also wanted to say that the Govermentis being a Big richard to german citizens and calling them "tribals/national socialists" when most of them are scared for theyre own well being and theyre Familys

Some of these people are legit scared, but atleast 30% are just national socialists being national socialists.

Also 200€ is like nothing.

May expand later, gtg now.

I once said I was happy countries were closing their doors to the migrants and everyone looked at me like I was Riddler. It costs money to support these people, and money has to come from somewhere, realistically the middle class.
