forgot to drop these here, but before i ever released the Miata/Sashimi (in the downtime while my PC was being rebuilt) i started some work on a Nissan S13 Sivlia. i didn't get very far, but i suppose i can show what would've been

i also planned to make the 180SX/240SX and Sileighty versions, too

... this part also isn't really 3D related, per say, but tangentially related to the car itself? i wanted a substitute name for it but was unsure if it should be Selena or Sakura

with Brickadia arguably putting Blockland in it's death throes (it was 1 PM on a Thursday and there were 3 people online, sheesh) i figure that all the projects which i didnt have much motivation on to begin with are now not very likely to be continued, so i might as well dump whatever i've made for this game.

i wanted to originally have an Initial D inspired server with many JDM cars and modified versions of other cars to have handling better suited to this tight track as a sort of swan song project to Blockland, but i only got as far as parts of this build, releasing the Sashimi (Miata), and a bit of work on an S13 Silvia.

so here you go! i guess this is my mark on a game ive been playing for like... ten years lmfao

it's not very finished at all, only one corner was really decorated with pieces here and there added. the entire road itself is there, though, so it's still viable for driving on.

the build is about 15.5k bricks, and it shouldn't be too taxing to run because it's mostly modter/base cubes and advanced roads

it started out with a little piece of it used for testing handling on cars i wanted to modify, and for simulating touge tracks in general. the hairpin turns were hand-made by me

required addons:

(some stuff might be wrong, but i had too many loving addons to figure it out. if bricks are missing then just refer to this list. if you DO find out which ones are unnecessary, then feel free to tell me)

i am also stuck on the ledge until i ctrlk and climbing doesn't work at all. can there be some keybind to attach to ledge so you dont get stuck to every surface you touch?
apparently both the host and player need to download a script for it to work at all. prob shouldve been more clear
like a specific, different script? i was also having this issue on my own singleplayer game, not another's

i can also confirm that it doesn't seem to be an addon conflict, as i tried on a fresh install and i'm still having the same issue

i don't know if this mod is outright broken or what CIA decryption puzzle ass keybind you came up with for simple movement because i swear i'm pressing every possible key on my keyboard to unlatch myself from a ledge when i jump onto it and nothing is happening
legit the only way to remove myself is to delete the brick itself or die

i think there's been no interest because this sounds like a very strange type of race

not to discourage your creativity or say you can't utilize addons like that, but when i read "race" i expected something a bit more simplistic i suppose? those addons are also kinda outdated, especially the FROG

this is loving amazing
my only suggestions is that it goes a bit faster (or at least accelerates better) and doesn't bank so harshly when you turn at speed
just because blockheads have rayman arms is not an excuse to extend the arm and break the strict lego skeleton all the dsq files follow
