Obviously he is a troll and should be ignored.

I am not a troll, I just like Avenged Sevenfold (but trolls are cool) I am not a noob either I just thought it might be a mod because there are always different versions of this game that might have a vehicle editor: example RTB has weapons,  thanks for your advice to me everything appreciated.

I don't know how to make vehicles and weapons and pretty sure it requires some kind of mod, Im sorry if this has already been posted but please give me a list of needed mods thank you!!!
