I feel like I'm a bit late to the party here, but I feel like this needs to be said.

What I see here is a bunch of donators that act like they're entitled.
Donators should recieve the same punishment that the users recieve. If they are given a higher rank, so what? It doesnt make it right that they recieve immunity from stuff like this.

I wouldn't say Warzone being a donator was making him act entitled, and normally I would of punished him severely but I literally couldn't see the chat due to spam from Akowalski. Now I can probably write off why he acted like that, as he was in the server teamspeak server with several super admins last night, and any player who was there probably knew they could get away with stuff while Akowalski was spamming messages and other stuff.

I also find the ability to do this is wrong.You should not be able to change your tag without an admin doing so, because that just gives donators the ability to do things like this.

If a player messed with their tags so they had a font size of like 72 I would remove their tags and ban them for an hour or so, I cannot edit tags of super admins and Akowalski is a super admin and set his tag to font size of like 144 or something a bit after Insanity's screenshots end. Most of the longer tags are the results of people pandering to super admins to get them to change their tags.

Getting banned for a minute is overall just an annoyance because there is no reason to ban someone for a minute, unless it has a worthy message that you could not do via kick, but in this case, there wasn't.

You are correct about the usage of the ban-rifle. Generally it's used for stuffs and giggles by the staff, usually on the staff as well, not players in the mini-game.

And yeah, we really need to keep a better handle on who gets promoted, but for the most part that is not up to me.

Both of those people do not deserve those special priveliges due to what they did / how they acted.

Platinum is a pay for thing, you could have never played on the server before and have it, being an starfish won't get it removed.
Now you might be able to argue a case for Akowalski not deserving super admin and that he should lose it.

He has mod / 25$ Donator privelages which he doesn't deserve due to his actions.

Firstly donator stuff is only gotten by paying for it, secondly Akowalski did not buy his position, albeit I don't believe he cares about his position that much.

I like to think that I usually contribute positive things, just when super admins are being stupid there's not much I can do about it.

Nor do I care if I were to be, I only check this forum occasionally and based on my posting history and account age it probably would do little to my daily routines (its not like you need the ability to post to download addons and read posts).

Well if you really want to get banned then it'd be easier to post basically everything than what you haven't done so here:

• Just post in the largest working font, for more result bright neon eye-rapey colors oh also use fonts that piss people off such as comic sans
• Make sure each posts content is greater than or equal to 50% flaming, curses, spam, etc
• Post massive page stretch causing images, so around 5,000+ by 5,000+ (depends on monitor size for level of page stretch, but 5k should get everyone except true members of the PCMR)
• Post research, all kinds accepted except cp, unless you want the be arrested
• Post gore, this disgusts the forget out of people unless they've browsed the internet for long enough
• Spam topics, preferably named in caps, make a poem maybe with their names, maybe post said research or gore in said topics
• Spam replies to everything, don't forget the large fonts with 20,000 character messages
• Don't miss any boards when posting
• Pm spam everyone, also having a signature filled with gore and research works great for pm spam
• Read each boards rules, post something breaking them such as bring life problems into this thread
• Remember to post blatant spam i.e. dbhfdhfdbh
• Bump topics as far back as it will let you (people flip out over this)
• Ask people for blhack.dll and crash servers (admit to it and get a forum perma and key revoke)
• Also say you're leaving this forum and add to Badspot's kill count

That's pretty much everything I can think of, here are some words of warning, if all steps are followed, you will be perma'd from here, I claim no responsibility for your what I assume was 10 dollars, also all your posts will probably be deleted so no one finds the spam topics or gore/research, its happened a few times before late in the night/early morning.

Quite, regular is literally a free tag essentially that reminds us to watch you and judge if you should get a rank or not, nothing more.

I think you got his ID wrong, I checked the name against the ID with several of my own methods and DAProg's BLID Lookup tool (http://blid.daprogs.com/blid_tool/) and it matched another player I know from there, Kybadoso (152914), who has a history with being a problem user and has the current name of ThePurplePerkyPenguins, so hes in for a decently sized ban ban.

Still, Apak has no right to ban me again without asking Tezuni, but still he doesent give a stuff about what his admins do, this topic is also not only related to the ban, but what also the abusiveness is going around, long clan tags, server name change etc.

Actually Tezuni had given KfAmped permission to ban you for whatever reason as you were supposed to be banned, but for some reason Apak did it, no one seemed to care. Also it was like 1 am Est on a Friday and multiple admins were in a Skype call so it that was them literally screwing around as usually no one is online then, also I think KfAmped may have been drunk.
