Bump. I've had a couple of ideas.

-Undead characters: When creating characters and being given the option of playing as the undead, it'd be nice to see undead variations of all other races, not just human undead.

-Blood magic: A kind of magic that's more powerful than conventional magic, but consumes health instead of mana/magicka/magic power/fairy dust.

Thoughts?

red faction guerilla in modern day new york city.

with the twin towers already destroyed so no one tries any funny business
Why stop at NYC?
We could have modern-day Paris.
Or London.
Or Moscow. Dubai. Hong Kong. The WORLD.
MUAHAHAHA

I imagine the best way to get started would be to walk up to something and kill it.

It figures that the largest game I own is also the one in which I'm least willing to fast travel. Getting from one place to another (and dying frequently along the way) makes up a huge chunk of my play time.

1. a realistic trench warfare styled multiplayer-oriented game that ranges in eras from medieval to modern times -no name yet-
One that discourages simply rushing the enemy by making the characters flimsy and weak, often getting mowed down by machine guns before they can take two steps into No-Man's Land?

My computer couldn't run the "mini demo". I know my computer is a piece of stuff, but it simply wouldn't run it.
It said:
"Could not initialize Direct3D. Please make sure the latest DirectX End-User Runtime is installed:
http ://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35"

So I tried to get the latest DirectX updates, and it told me the latest was already installed, and that no installation was necessary.
So um
Can I get a little advice here? Is it simply that Cube World won't run on my computer?

Assuming all earthly restrictions aren't there, probably a city exploration game where everything is randomly generated around you, randomly regenerating every time you turn your back.
It'd be called "Stranger in a Strange Land" and it'd be free.

EDIT: Pursuit by slow-moving ambiguous evil entity optional.

EDIT EPISODE II: Complete with dynamic crowds à la Assassin's Creed. Also in first-person.

EDIT EPISODE III: An objective could be to reach an airport. The airport is always in a fixed (albeit random) location in relation to you, and your only obstacle is the ever-changing city around you.

I always start at the home row, to do otherwise would be pushing away a huge amount of muscle memory.

The games in chronilogical order go

AC
AC:2
AC:B
AC:R
AC:IV
AC:3
I'd actually play III before IV, since the modern-day storyline lines up.

I was a little disappointed that they went through Misteriosa again, although the extra footage they showed was cool. I just want to see Havana like they promised.

We have a silver 2000-something Saturn Outlook (affectionately referred to as "The Silver Thing"), a red 2000-something Saturn Relay (known as "The Van"), and two green 1995 Toyota Camrys (one sedan and one station wagon, named Senior and Junior, respectively)
