No dude, Al Qaeda uses tracphones because they can't be traced back to an owner and most companies don't even bother to log the calls.

They're anonymous as hell and only the most expensive ones are even GPS enabled.

There always will be more people than soldiers, and guerrilla tactics employed by the Viet Cong and Al Qaeda have defeated the most well-trained fighting force on the planet. Korea was an example of just overwhelming a trained army with rag-tag militia until they force their enemy to retreat for their lives. It's generally impossible to occupy a country with a powerful insurgent force seeing as how it's never been done.

I'm sure if it was wanted, it could be done.

The United States Army has been defeated by a bunch of civilians playing hero too many times already.

Maybe a portion.

But say 1 million armed sand mondays with guns who are trained vs say 250k untrained civilians.

Who would win?
