I'm not sure OS X can run on AMD CPU's nor the GPU you have but apart from that for sure.

This is what I'm worried about. The processor. Im almost positive that the gpu can since it is nividia. But the AMD processor..hmm

Some people prefer the look and feel of the OS.

I prefer both, and mac has some advantages over windows in software.
And windows has advantages in compatibility in games. some games only run on Windows not mac.  I also just want a new look :P

So im abought to dual boot Windows 8.1 pro and Mac. But i'm not positive if my computer will be able to run it. I dont want to waste 20$ on something i cant do.

better cpu, better video card, better ram, better hard drive (with this kind of a budget buying an SSD is really not that good of a decision), better psu

What i was going to do is Buy all the parts that are needed(Processor, Ram, Mother Board, Case, Etc.), The i would buy a different video card. I'm going to buy the one you suggested, and ill think about the rest of the parts.

There would be a general(One that is voted on),The general the Gives out missions A new general is voted on each round that last 20 minutes, There would be votekick involved just in case You would level up as you go until you reach a level close enough to general then you could be voted on. General would command and organize attacks.
Its like a Tdm just with Army Rp Mixed in

So im going to make this quick since all my other post are completely stupid and immature*(I think)

So you know those Military/Army RP's? Well i was thinking since there's only one team(Pretty much), You would have two teams(Red vs. Blue, USA vs. RU, And so on) And they would fight each other, Surprise attacks, Recon missions and so on. It would make it so much more interesting and fun. Sadly i cant really host this(AT&T). I'm just giving this idea to threw around and thought about, Thanks!
