Help / Unable to host - Invalid Steam Ticket?

Been trying to host so me and a few friends can hang out on BL, opened my ports and such, fixed up UPnP after I saw in the console that it didn't work, but my friends still get stuck sending punch packets. I read through the console some more and I spotted a line saying "Server Auth: FAILED: Invalid Steam Ticket".

I'll attach the console.log, any help would be appreciated.

Apologies if this has been clarified before, will nav-meshes be generated automatically? Will it work like in source where there's a console command? How'd one go about generating a nav-mesh once it rolls out?

Nope, neither gamemode_zombie is enabled, nor is Slayer. Is Slayer not even allowed to be in the addon folder?

Whenever I host a server with Gamemode_ZAPT enabled, my game is stuttery and has framerate issues.
Is the add-on just not all that compatible with this version of Blockland or is there any other possible reason for this?
