Help / slow responses
« on: April 05, 2007, 09:01:25 PM »
When ever I use a weapon or attempt to lay a block, I'll get a very slow response until the action goes through. I know this may seem like a small problem but it gets really irritating and cumbersome. This also rarely, if never, happened to me with the older versions of Blockland before it hit retail... what should I do?

I just sent the money order, it should arrive within a week. :)
I included a slip with my e-mail on it.

Sorry tmaskell, didn't see that you were the one that posted earlier. :)

Heh, no problem. ;)

Send check or money order in the amount of $19.95 to:

ATTN: Step 1: Games LLC
Garage Games
245 W 5th Ave
Eugene, OR 97401
USA

Enclose your email address so I know where to send the key.

Make check payable to "Step 1: Games LLC".  Do not send cash.

So there's no alternate way of paying for Blockland without my credit card? If so, no problem, I'll send out the money order today.

Well, I was really looking forward to slapping down 20 dollars into Badspot's pocket but unless he can think of another way of payment with my credit card, I'll just have to use that money on something useful instead. :(

Go2bank and ask for Visa Giftcard (if available in your location).

Tried. Not available. :(

Did you see the pic Badspot posted, tmaskell?

Yes, but I just explained how my credit card is blocked from Paypal. :(

So Badspot, is there any way you can set up an alternate payment method with my credit card or, if that's not possible, a money order?

What kind of cut does paypal get for each transaction made with you?

It really depends on how much the transaction is, for 20 dollars, if I recall, it's only a dollar or so.

You don't need a paypal account:

Yeah, I tried that, but Paypal has my credit card blocked. :(

So... what can I do?

What do you mean blocked?  Why?

I had an account with Paypal, and a consistent error with their systems prevented me from paying the 3 dollars I had owed them. After a few weeks I was sent a notice that my account has been blocked, and attempts to re-appeal to them have proved futile. Long story short, if I use my credit card, it'll say "This card has been blocked. Please use another."

You could see if you can mail him a money order.

If I can't pay him by credit card, I'll do that.

Thanks. :)

Badspot, through I series of technical errors, I can't use Paypal. :( Is there some other way I can purchase a key to the full version with my credit card?

Contact Badspot personally via his email. You can likely work something out.

His e-mail his hidden. :'(

Yes, with a credit card.

Well, when I click Buy It it leads me to Paypal, which I can't use...

Is there any other way to pay for the full version of Blockland with a credit card and without Paypal?
