the download freezes so much that i keep getting banned from servers because i kept rejoining
I have only had this problem on one server (so far) and I believe it was Kong's death race.

You could buy a less than 200 dollar modern computer these days and it could run Blockland with at least shaders on low.
I bought a 500 dollar computer a few years ago and it could only run minimum sometimes (I had the option to run max, but even on low the performance was not very good).  Anything above 30k bricks would screw my performance to a dramatic degree.  It should be noted that I cannot stand FPS lower than 35.  I somewhat recently upgraded from a GT 610 to a GTX 960 and I have no problems now obviously.

anyone getting runtime errors while hosting?
I have been trying to host my new server and I had 3 runtime errors in one day.  I tried hosting again today and I got another one about 5 minutes into hosting.  I am not hosting until it is fixed because I simply can't keep a server up for more than 30 minutes.

Beware about the add-on Spartan linked. It's known to break stuff, from other peoples posts about it.
Yeah, those events were so broken when I tried them.  They did not even work at all for me.

Not bad! I agree about the terrain, but the exterior could use some work and the interior is a little bland.
I find that funny because the terrain was the easiest part.  How can I make the exterior better?  I have a few plans for the interior, but we'll have to see how that turns out.

Also, which rooms do you guys like the most and which rooms do you think could use some reworking?

This is a for a server I will be hosting in the very near future.  It is not totally done because there are a few things that need fixing/rebuilding.
I realize this is not the best build out there, but for me this is about the best I can do.

Gameplay

  • A freaking automatic schedule synced with the day/night cycle (kinda)
       - Prisoners must follow the prison schedule, or die / go to solitary.
        - Prisoners are instructed to to go to certain rooms via bottom print at certain times during the day.  
          This includes: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, yard time, shower time, lock up, and free time (and possibly a workout period).
        - This system is currently highly experimental, and may change dramatically.
  • Swag vent system leading into most rooms in the prison.
  • A shank, and a screwdriver tool that allows you to open vents, and can be used as a weak weapon (there will be other weapons, those are just the two I made.)
  • Random item location spawning system (WIP but fucntional)
  • Much less death, more prison escape planning allowing for longer rounds
       - Attacking guards as soon as the round starts is a terrible idea because
          1.  If you die, and you most likely will, (shank vs multiple shotguns) you have to wait for the round to end (12 mins)
          2.  Night is the best time to escape because you are left alone in your cell with all the goodies you have collected during the day.
  • Probably the most difficult prison to escape yet!

This new map is very fun!  I never really cared for the parkour elements, but perhaps that is just me.

You're supposed to depend on your tracker to locate your target, not spot his/her name tag from across the map. Taking this action will not only make players think before they act, but reduce a lot of the 'across the map' kills especially when a player is unsure.
I think player names should have an increased distance, but not so far so that you can see it from across the map.  The reason I say this is because when there is a crowd of people and your target is in that crowd, (even just two people sometimes) it is almost impossible to identify your target.  If you want to win a round, you really do not want to have to wait for the crowd to disperse before you can figure out who your target is.  This issue really took away from the fun I was having on the server.  There were times that I was forced to remember avatars, but if you have a bad memory it is not an effective strategy.  Memorizing avatars is even more difficult because people cycle in and out of the server.  Fun server though!

I am making a server that uses the day/night cycle.  I need a way to reset the day/night cycle to morning every times the mine-game resets.  Is there any way to do this?

Despite my experience with coding and animation, I want to be a professional stunt man.  My ultimate dream is to open up a free running gym and teach kids parkour and stuff.  I want to one day be one of the best free runners in the world, and compete in the Red Bull Art of Motion.
