Good job calling 911. Glad to hear she's doing better.

On the line:
for(p=0;p<12;p+2)

p+2 will not increment p, you want to do p += 2

This also applies to your other for loop.

Could you upload a zip that reproduces the problem so that we can examine it?

It sounds like you're doing everything correctly. Try starting the custom GameMode, and choose your Add-On to be activated. It should run the server.cs file without any of the special GameMode logic. If it works there then you know that Blockland at least sees it as a properly setup Add-On. All I can think of from that point would be that there's a spelling issue somewhere.

Won't it get boring if you're just driving around for awhile?

Off Topic / Re: Mormons Came to the Door Today

I talked to some Mormons that came to my door once. I can't remember what we talked about, but when they said they'd come back later, I told them I didn't live there. I alternate between my parents' houses, so I legitimately might not have been there if they came back.

If you can't contact them, I would just tell them politely when they visit that you're not interested in soliciting anymore. They should understand since they just said they would come back without asking you.

Modification Help / Re: Source Code for my Corner/Edge Detection

He's got this neat ledge climbing ability going on in his server that actually works pretty well. I was trying to convince him to release the code since it looked like someone else might make good use of it. This is just part of the code, he needs to get it in a repository since he's still working on it.

Thanks for posting some of your code, I'll help get it all into a repository later.

14 (15 may 16th), It says in my profile. And no, I don't really have any goals. I don't even know what I want to do when I grow up.
Well you still are pretty young, so I'd go with the general advice I gave. Make sure you stay on a good standing and don't let depression get to you. As long as you don't mess anything up too much, you'll be at a good point in life eventually.

I'm mainly pointing that out as a reason to not be depressed.

How old are you? Have any life goals you could work on?

I'd say make yourself busy. Could be exercising, or work that might help you academically.

my first thought was "fake"
If you use google image search, that image turns up more images from the bombing,it's probably real.

Before the image is likely removed, maybe some people here can see it just so they know that's what they're joking about. I think it is possible to get some entertainment from the video and still recognize how serious this bombing was, but some people here seem to think the actual incident is funny.

How about Electric Daisy? I'm trying to learn it on my violin.

Preferably loop the main part of the song.

Suggestions & Requests / Re: Blockland mod market system?
« on: March 05, 2013, 08:19:50 PM »
I really find dontcare4free's logic quite inapplicable given the idea that he's trying to convey.  Not only does it make him sound ignorant in general, but it makes it seem as if he doesn't understand what the people arguing against the OP are saying.
He's against the principle of people not agreeing to pay for a mod at all, in any game, which some here are giving the impression of. He still agrees there shouldn't be a mod market system in Blockland.

And now you are just another moron.  Everything you've said to back up the OP is worthless now.
No he isn't, he's trying to make a point. You need to counter why that metaphor isn't applicable if you think he's taking it too far.

I did just read what he responded to. Chrono was trying to make another point than what dontcare4free was saying. They both have good points, Dontcare4free is right that it's not absurd to charge for an extra service inside a product you buy, and Chrono is right that you shouldn't have to pay a bunch to just get started.

I think the way Blockland is setup places more importance on Chrono's point, however, Dontcare4free isn't just another moron.

so you want to loving pay for free stuff?

who the loving stuff would want that
The OP's idea was that this would encourage people to make mods that they otherwise wouldn't, so he's not saying that.

While we are at it we should make you have to pay a server host to save whats there unless they give you permission to do it freely!
Your argument doesn't make sense, this doesn't extend to that. That is a core part of the game, not an extendable add-on. The idea behind this is a market system that would encourage developers to spend more time to make new mods.

The main problem is this system wouldn't be sustainable in Blockland. It's inconvenient to most of the players and, if they could buy, the revenue wouldn't be enough to justify the work.
