Well, I doubt many will do much about this idea, but I figured I'd put it out there before I forget it.
The idea is this, all players are able to /warp when the warp gamemode is started. To make things quicker, players can bind /warp to a key (this could be a weapon too). If players go out of bounds they die (the bounds would be denoted like a safe zone I think, or some sort of thick wall/events).
Warping has a short cooldown (5 seconds maybe?) so that isn't abused. It might also be a good idea for it to take a moment before you are actually warped, there are a few limiters like this that could be done to make it more fun.
As for what you do with this warping ability, well, you tell me.
- All players get weapons and try to blow each other up or something.
- When a person warps, enemies in a radius around that person will be hurt.
- Warp tag anyone?
- Objectives.
- Warping causes people to be pushed. Force them to fall off the platform before they can warp back up again.
