I said about a year and a half ago here that I would add drums to this and now I did, and they have good energy

Whenever I try to record for serious I dont get the feel I want, so my best takes (still a lot of mistakes) are always the "test takes" or the first or second takes generally, I cant really tap into the feel anymore after a few takes. And I wanted it to go for a bit longer but I got so tired at the end I just had to stop drumming (I record drums first)

i found the the middle part with the psychedelic vibe a bit hard to listen to, im not sure what you were going after with it, but other than that this sounds nice and cute

Music cape was achievable to me some time ago...

this is what was needed for it back in the day (taken from wiki):

• 65 Thieving to enter all of the different seasonal gardens in the Sorceress's Garden minigame.
• A champion's scroll. (Unlock "Victory is Mine" inside the Champions Guild Arena)
• 70 Hitpoints to enter the Zamorak camp in the God Wars Dungeon. (Note: You CANNOT boost this requirement.)
• 70 Agility to enter the Saradomin camp, as well as a rope to access the area. (Note: You CANNOT boost this requirement.)

plus visiting every place that has music and doing all quests that unlock new music (obviously)

doesn't seem too bad right? the hardest task in that list is probably the champions scroll, but i was lucky to obtain it while doing a slayer task pretty early on


but now..

i need a dark totem to get skotizos lair music (i have two pieces that took me way too long)
i have to do monkey madness 2 which has a obnoxious 69 slayer lever req that will take ages to level up to
must reach great olm in chambers of xeric (a nuisance)
and now with the release of inferno i have to get a friqin fire cape to get to mor ul rek and i have to even sacrifice it to unlock the inferno music


what is it with every new music piece there has to be a requirement to unlock the music?????

the drums are not always on point but i didnt bother to make them flawless, i just wanted to make something quick
the playing can be sloppy at times, especially the bass
but i really really like it

play instruments, listen to music. there doesnt have to be rules, but knowing theory and stuff is always good. music isnt really a black and white thing, you dont just decide one day to start learning composing, i think it will more so come to you. just do your thing, experiment, and you will find that some things you like more and some things not so much. maybe a little melody you thought about the other day will stick with you and you start building a song around it. just know that everyone is bad at the beginning and dont let that demotivate you. basically just put sounds that come out of the instruments you play or a computer in an order that sounds good to your ears. it doesnt have to be complicated or you dont have to know all the theory or the inner workings of things to make a composition sound good.

yeah i was already halfway inputting my email but then i saw that i could write email address/username and for some reason i decided that writing my email was too much work and put my username instead, even though i cant login with it to the game or to the real runescape sites. lets just say clearly not my brightest moments.
and they might have bots or something signing in to the scammed accounts so 90 seconds is generous really.

just scary thinking how easily i gave them that kind of information

i actually just bamboozled myself

i was on twitch watching runescape streams and saw a user named oldschool_runescape streaming with a title "double xp" or something. in the description of the stream
they were saying something like "finally old school will get douple xp, activate it by clicking this link".
i was excited, it looked real, so i clicked the link and it took me to a site that looked very much like the runescape site. of course it was an obvious scam if i had looked a bit
closer but my brain shut down for a minute as i rushed to write down my name and password to "login". then it asked for authenticator, i wrote the numbers my authenticator generated and then the site asked for bank pin. i mean how much more obvious can a scam get. but i wanted doppel xp. i pressed the button that said "i dont have a bank pin" (because i dont (i live life on the edge)), and went back to the stream to see that it got taken down. i was a dum-dum.

i changed password for my account, email and authenticator and checked a box in the authenticator that encrypts it to work on only my computer or something and ran a quick scan that found no threats. i didnt write my email down anywhere, and my character's name cant be used to login. i only gave out my character's name, password that is now old and the numbers generated by my authenticator. i can login to my account with the new password and nothing is changed.

am i safe or will my account r.i.p in pieces

working on getting attack to 75 as i train slayer to 69, would switching from a dragon scim to a godsword at 75 be worth the cost

i believe godswords arent used much to train skills because they are so slow. use something like saradomin sword to skill, its as fast as a scimmy

soooo... I just downloaded runescape, logged in to my account from 2006... and got chills man. Haven't touched this since 2010. Though I rarely played back then on this account as I lost the interest in 06 when my main (and first) account got hacked or something. Being 11 you took it REALLY hard, especially when you had reached like.. I don't know maybe above lvl 60 and you had full saradomin rune setup. This other account is just above lvl 30 but man the feels..

runescape is the ultimate nostalgia trip

kids today.....they will never know,,,.,,,,,,,,

im only going to start skilling construction when gold is not a problem anymore. i would hate to have a great idea in mind, but realize i have ran out of gp.

maybe thats why i played games like roller coaster tycoon 3 only on the sandbox mode because i just wanted to make sick parks and not care about money

for me construction is like an endgame skill that you level up when basically everything is done and you just got a bunch of money lying around
so unless youre filthy rich already or get a billion gp an hour, construction feels like a waste, like that money could be used so much better

so its probably no surprise that my construction is my lowest skill at 40
i dont even have anything at my house, just a workshop used for a guest, i got all the exp from quests and tears of guthix

why is your construction 75
why is it your highest level
