last time i played the server it was speedkart + a bunch of add-ons, nothing worth for a gamemode release imo

Except it was more. While yes, in essence it was modified speedkart, the physics are a lot different then default speedkart. Basically, you're much more likely to go for a moon-flight than on normal speedkart.

you could just put the gamemode in google drive or some other file hosting site so we don't have to join a discord server with a temporary link...

Hello everyone! If any of you remember me, you probably only remember my amazing Off Topic post involving me complaining about my exploding laptop. In game, I am known as Gangsta_CandyWrapper (previously Snoop Doge (The Weegee), creator of the infamous Blockland Vehicle Physics Simulator server. Recently I've lost interest in hosting, so I've decided to go ahead and make the gamemode public!

(I would post pictures and make this forum post prettier and such but I am just too god damn lazy. lol. Oh well, enjoy!)

EDIT: Just to let yall know, I stripped the gamemode of all of the other addons that I added (setmusic, forcekill, etc.) and music to share them (except for the ones required to make the funky physics), because I wanted to make it to where you didn't have to download a bunch of addons before downloading this gamemode. Also, the gamemode still shows up as "Speedkart", but none the less it is still BLVPS, as long as you follow the instructions in the README.txt file I've provided in the download.

Aw man, hate to hear Boss Battles is gonna shut down soon. Its been around on Blockland almost as long as I have. However, I am excited that the mods used for Boss Battles will be released. Who knows, maybe someone else could keep it going a little longer?

I want to host a non dedicated base raiders server. But Afghanistan is a stuffty map to do it in, and I cant find any other maps for base raiders at all. I would preferably like a city dm type of map (thats compatible with base raiders, obviously), but anything else would be appreciated! Thanks!

Okay, I figured it out, but it may not have been the best way of doing this, since karts are really bouncy. But for my purposes, I was right.

Basically, I went into the Vehicle_Speedkart addon and changed two variables:

1. Body Friction
2. Body Resitution
and I made the values higher than what they originally were.
Again, probably not the best way to do it, but it sure does make for some funny moments.

Locking.
