I just set all the mob's spawns to 9 or 10.
As soon as I came out of my underground house, I was greeted by urinating bums, tons of werewolve guys, two evil scientist towers, a rocket Giraffe, anda Letter G jumped me from behind.

Yes, you can even equip them with armour, and they have a leveling system.
You know lower numbers are lower spawns, right?

EXTREMELY linear paths.
Some games are linear without making it seem that way: for example, having a wide, open area but most other paths seem useless, but other times there is a foot-tall bush blocking an area, and you are unable to pass through it.

And for people who are thinking "ew i dont want some of those", you can set the spawning for each creature to your liking: ridiculous, common, uncommon, rare, very rare, or disable it altogether.

That is a kick-ass model, Army Unit.

After all these months of seeing your awesome models, it almost makes me sad to see them being made for Blockland.
Blockland is an amazing game, but its AI (even with add-ons) is almost nonexistant, and any animations for those creatures will never be as complex or fluent as they could be in other games.

The scenarios of a block-man wrestling a deadly spider away from biting his head off and then blasting it to bits, only to be snagged by a giant dragonfly may only live in my mind's eye, but at least you (and the rest of the team) can try to make these things the best they can be.

(If you're a bit confused about my rambling, look back at the video DarkStar made about zombies/the bug mods.)

Positives:

>Key adds an RPG-"collect-the-items" feel that can be expanded upon

Negatives:
>Completely flat ground, with barely any detail
>Duplicated cacti
>Flat, boxy walls
>Very few colors used
>Palm trees are bland

Overall: 4/10

You say you intend for it to be simple, but there is no excuse for something that simple. This is a building game! A couple more hundred bricks won't make you lag! Try to add some more little details and variety into the environment for the next addition.
