Off Topic / I need some help with an extra hdd [SOLVED]

Alright so I pulled this hitachi HTS541612J9SA00 hdd (120 gb) out of a xbox 360 hard drive thing. I have it hooked up and everything. But there is a problem. It does not shot up in file explorer. In task manager it shows up as disk 5 which would be H if it had shown up. Device manager says the is no problem with the drive in details and the property of "has problem" altough most of the properties look normal. The driver is from 2006 and when trying to up date it says the drive is up to date in device manager. (it appears to be the same driver in my main drive)

Help?

Jerma is a YouTube gameplay commentator and Twitch Streamer. Mainly he does videos on Tf2 but also on other games. Jerma's real name is Jeremy Harrington, and is 30 years old as of September 22 and was born back in 1985.

Jerma like I said is mainly know for Team Fortress 2. Jerma has had a role in Tip of the Hats, most notably in Dota Fortress as the Winner of 2015.
Jerma releases episodes about every 2 weeks and streams about 4 times a week. Also is a butt buddy/rival to Star_

Yep thats the god damn file name

When I try to delete it it gives the file not found stuff.

No, it appeared right after I exported a video from premiere pro. It did crash but I don't think it has to do with that.
It has no security info. You can't move it, rename it, or do anything with it. And yes it is s2ks. . With a dot at the end

Suggestions & Requests / First person player model

A first person player model is where if you look down you see your legs, or just feet in the case of blockland. It also means that hand interactions would also show up in first person.
I'm wondering if there is such thing already made or in the the making

Help / Dedicated server no longer works

I just had the dedicated server working the other day and now it no longer works. The server shows up as the ping as ??? and the server console keeps repeating "no matches" when i try to join and the game keeps trying to send punch packets. Any help why it doesn't work now?

Because nobody decided to help me with hosting a terraria server before.

I need some help with dedicated servers.
I followed this guide: http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Ubee/DDW3611/Terraria.htm And it didn't work
The auto port forward thing with the dedicated server doesn't work. blockland server hosting works fine
I've tried 192.168.0.11 and 192.168.0.1 , neither works. The ports are 7777.
I think it has to do with the fact that i have  both local and external ports. like local start, local end, external start, external end.

I remember that the unturned server did work. Also the Terraria one was on when I was trying to host.
I got my ip from searching "my ip" on google.
Please help.

The terraria one is enabled when i tried to test it
The port checker from portforwarding says the ports are closed for 7777, says 27015-8 are open. But 27015-8 don't work for terraria.
I have tried the ports of 27015 and 27018
having mcafee have the port of 7777 didn't help
My router is the Ubee ddw 365
And sadly TWC as the internet provider.
Help would be nice

Off Topic / Steam is as slow as stuff[FIXED]

Some how steam is being as slow as stuff.
It takes a second or two for anything to happen. When I hover over a game title in the library the name doesn't highlight until a second or two later. The same goes for the rest of the steam client.
I have turned it on and off again, the ingame client is fine and my antivirus has not affected steam in the past


FIX:

Try deleting everything in steam except for Steamapps, Steam.exe, and optionally themes.
When you launch steam.exe, steam will re-download everything else.
