We all know of the harmful things that can occur when we put too much of something unsafe in our system. (Namely, research.) Millions of people all across the world (mostly fat Americans) suffer from obesity due to poor diet. Millions of children and adults worldwide have diabetes and heart disease resulting from diet. Obesity is plaguing America.
We have very little control over almost everything in our tiny spec of an existence, but we can usually control what we eat. Remember, a healthy diet isn't only the controlling of what you eat. It's having a healthy lifestyle.
How is your diet?----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A - 95+% Organic food consumption. No HFCS intake at all. Low sugar intake, balanced diet. High level of exercise.
B - Eats fresh or local food occasionally. Rarely consumes HFCS in any way. Has a fairly balanced diet. Exercises a little bit.
C - Consumes a lot of processed foods. Drinks soda with HFCS regularly. Scattered or infrequent exercise.
D - Rarely eats fresh fruit or vegetables. Consumes a high level of processed/HFCS foods or foods with high sugar levels such as cake/ice cream. Reasonable exercise is uncommon.
E - Eats no fruits or vegetables. Consumes a high level of Mountain Dew and stuff that came out of a vacuum sealed bag. Can't move well enough for regular exercise. Is likely to be fat.

*note:
If the scale doesn't seem to fit you right, average yourself out. If you never consume HFCS but don't ever exercise for example, you would be around a C in that aspect. Factor in how balanced your diet it and thats your score.
People with certain illness, [generally endocrine related,] may not be properly represented in this chart. Accuracy is not guaranteed.
