It won't turn on, well, it will, but when you choose safe mode or anything it shuts off, and it says to put in the vista installer, tried it 3 times, didn't work... most of the time the installer doesn't even run.If you could get into the CMD prompt you could just run a system recovery partition assuming it wasn't an Acer Aspire or an HP dv6000.
So yeah, should be fixed today.
Anyway, spending money for people to do it is nice too. (Get Windows 7. It prawns Vista)

Very accurate, and believe me, I would know. :) I wasted like 4 years of my life on that game.
Also, Since making the entire RS world would be impossible in BL, perhaps only make areas west of the achmoudinijad desert (or whatever its called) and areas east of the wall by that witches house. (the one by Falador)

PC (as in Windows) - Great value, great potential for being epic win, and great performance.
Mac - Overpriced, Good performance with programs that don't need too much of the systems capability.
Linux (as in 2.6.2 or Ubuntu) - Great value (as is anything free), Great performance, however you need to be a total geek to master it.
My personal preference is Windows 7, and I say this after using Win95, 98, ME, XP, Vista, MacOSx, Linux 2.6.2, Ubuntu, and Xubuntu.
Also, in order to really compare the OS's you have to try them all on the same system specs. Clearly, a 64bit Win7 Ultimate with 8 gigs of RAM is going to rape a MacBook Air, which commonly has only 2gigs.
