according to TIME we'll have achieved, as they put it, a "singularity with technology" (which is fancifukk for skynet and cyborgs) within a century a so

was just talking about technological singularity with a friend yesterday
it's basically above-human-intelligence technology
they predicted it'll happen within the next 36 years :o
read the book Accelerando - it's basically a bunch of connected short stories about the author's scary view on singularity

Unless you can get me some scientific proof of what you just said, I find it hard to believe any of that. How can an undeveloped child not feel love? Can a child not love hist mother or his father because he doesn't have any pubic hairs? Sure, some children go around saying they have a true love when they just think its cool to have a girlfriend or something similar. But a child not being abe to love at all? Ttal bullstuff  in my opinion. Love for him is not what your love for your girlfriend was, or how much you loved your mother or soemthing. It's defined by the person, what he is experiencing is love, he doesn't just "want a girlfriend", he can be in love.

Unless of course you can provide osme scientific evidence of children not being able to experience real emotions.

childrens' brains and glands aren't developed yet - for instance, the hypothalamus won't be producing any oxytocin, and the pituitary gland won't be storing any oxytocin. (oxytocin is the main hormone associated with emotional relationships)
there's your scientific proof.

How about someone enlightens me on how someone of any age can't be in love? Love isn't something to magically aquire at the age of 13, life isn't a video game, you don't gain perks as you level up. Everyone has their own defenition of love, some people love their wife the same way they love their mother, others may love their friends they same way the love their daughter. You can't have one universal definition for love, its just a word someone uses to describe their feelings for something. This young boy can say he loves this girl because he does, in fact, love this girl.

Talk about how only people who have hit puberty know what love is all you want, but you are very wrong my friends, very wrong indeed.

Listen up, any relationship before high school YOU WILL REGRET.  Trust me on this.  They may seem like awesome and lovey while its happening but it changes in a flash. Girls will mess up your emotions pal.

I regret literally every 'relationship' I had in middle school besides one - my last one in middle school - the one where I realized if you can't call your girlfriend one of your best friends too, it's not that great of a relationship
