Help / How can I permanently add someone as admin on my non-dedicated servers?

I recall some page where you could enter their BLID and they would automatically become an admin, could you please remind me how to do that.

Info:
Hopefully if this gets finished, it shall be a golf mini game with several levels and a points system. I can't code so I may need help on this.

This is a work in progress. It will not be dedicated so it'll only be hosted when I'm online sadly.
I would really appreciate any help.



Obstacles:

• Bunkers (Sand pits that will delete the ball)
• Water (maybe?)
• Walls

The beginning of the tale:

You are 7 years old, you're different, you can fly.You wake up in your warm bed, like everyday! However, there are silhouettes dancing along the walls, how strange... All you have in your hand is a crayon, this can be drawn to create paths to places. You've owned this for a long time. However you can not fly. What is causing this? What should you start to do?
