on the spawns, have (with delays):
0 onplayertouch>client>setteam[1/2]
0 onminigamereset>self>toggleeventsenabled[0 1 2]
7500 onminigamereset>self>toggleeventsenabled[0 1 2]

you must have a gate close off the spawn area for 10 seconds after reset, and i'm basing this on as the invincible time to events is 5 seconds after spawn

you could do this with variables and score checks, clear tools, and additem+setweapon

basicaly, you create a loop for them, then check their score over and over, if a certain ammount, give them a different weapon after clearing their tools, and set their current weapon in hand to the other one, so it's easily avalible
