if you don't get anything from holding down the power button, then there is probably an issue
do you know if it's getting power or not? like another power cable you can test with
probably wouldn't do anything if out of battery
does it have any beeping? my CMOS battery kept dying and produced triple beeps I think

deleate local content on steam it will deleate all files on computer :'(
it will not wipe your harddrive

just rename your BL folder to blocklandold
then redownload it, and move back the things you need

not sure what targets onminigamekill has, does it have the client of the killer?
I think currently it's using the brick owner, not the person doing the killing
and you could try using >= to see if it's working if you get above 700
also test if onminigamekill>self>setcolor works and what not to make sure the event doesn't have issues

7 onActivate > Self > VCEifVariable > r == 3 > 7 8
8 onVariableTrue > Self > setItemDirection > South

For this, you need Event_Variables.

it chucks out an item instead of setting the brick's item
