Help / Re: blockland not loading builds correctly
« on: August 18, 2015, 02:17:56 AM »
I remember somebody else was having an issue with this semi-recently

also, did you try loading it on a clean install?
it should just have holes for missing bricks (because no addon bricks), but should never load and then delete them

note, if you use an Ethernet cable it should be faster than over wifi

and there were some stats somewhere, probably in kalph's new years party topic, about how much bandwidth each player uses

if you want to get creative with events, it should be possible already
just with a bit of work

you could try having a zone brick with onenterzone count on some print bricks, and onleavezone decrement the print bricks
then when it detects there's only 1 player left based off of the onleavezone, you can do your stuff, and if you need an input for the player you can get another zone to be created and destroyed and have the onenterzone on that brick for only the winner

I only bought them. I didnt hack them or whatever.
instead you support the ones stealing the accounts by funding them
it's more the thought about it that matters, which is why i'm not taking a few of them for friends, instead i'd rather pay for the accounts

I thought 0, 1, 3, O, I, and E were all skipped?
E and 3 might not be

but yeah, this is kind of neat common knowledge

probably not say "little stuff" then, something along the lines of "that ninja" would be more appropriate

ie, not something you can easily delete

Not working.
what is not working?
you are being VERY vague right now
can you not load the webpage?
can you not find the file?
can you not download the file?
does the addon refuse to be put in addons?
does it not show up in the addons menu?
does it not show up ingame?

Suggestions & Requests / Re: Modding Program
« on: August 16, 2015, 08:24:23 PM »
This was just a suggestion
you need to be a bit more descriptive
i'm pretty sure there are already programs like this for making bricks of certain sizes

how do you know they're actually yours now?
like, can't they just change the password to them or something?

YO DAWGS
I BOUGHT 83 ALTS FOR 20 CENTS, GRAB 'M WHILE THEY HOT
The way I got these are most likely not really legal. I am not responsible for swat teams storming your house and raping your family for using stolen/hacked stuff or whatever.
... why do you need so many?
I mean, what would you ever use them for?
and if they were more legit I would give them to some people I know

2728
was it working before?
have you tried it on a clean install?
there is a lot less that can go wrong if you use a clean install to test with

if you check your blockland\saves\ folder, it should have .bls and .jpg files with matching names
if you put a .bls file in there, BL will be able to use it, but without a matching .jpg file it won't have anything to display (just more confusing for the user when going through it)

also, if you're making a .zip file, it's as easy as going to the folder where you want it, right clicking the background, and then clicking new -> compressed (zipped) folder, you are now able to drag and drop files into/out of it

another way is selecting the files you want, right clicking them, and selecting send to -> compressed (zipped) folder

you just don't need one in this case

Is there seriously a difference between 0.75 and 0,75?
it makes a huge difference, yes
especially when you get to something like 1.234 vs 1,234

and back to comma vs decimal, it doesn't look like it's tied to the imperial system
"Countries where a dot "." is used as decimal mark include: Australia United Kingdom United States"
"Countries where a comma "," is used as decimal mark include: France Germany"
it seems more like a random scattering between the two than anything else
pretty sure 4/5 of those places use metric, only US in those use imperial (which does kind of suck, yeah - I normally end up converting ~3 feetish to 1 meter)
