did you enable them?
the custom gamemode does not enable every addon you have, just the ones you tell it to enable via the long list of addon names with checkboxes next to them when you're starting the server

the 0,75 made me think he was more European or other countries, and thus not using American currency

so no, I didn't expect him to mean 0.75 dimes, I expected maybe something like 0.75 pesos or whatever currency

those steps can be adapted to finding other addons too, if you need help let me know and I can try making a more detailed way of showing you how to find what you want

alternatively you can probably just type "daprogs RTB (addon here)" into google, "daprogs rtb portal gun" returns the download page for the portal gun in the first result

i'm not aiming this as an insult, this is a genuine question

it's pretty standard to navigate through the different screens of a webpage, most people can figure out the filing system themselves
what I did is went to daprogs RTB archive, clicked weapons, went to about halfway through (page 4/9), saw I was too far back in the alphabet, went a bit further up in the pages to page 6, scrolled down to "Portal Gun", clicked the link, clicked download, clicked open (you can use save as), and received the file and verified it was indeed space guy's portal gun

i'm not sure what's too difficult about that for the standard user

depending on what it's doing, addons can crash a server instantly
all it has to do is call crash(); or something similar

does your server crash consistently or is this a one off thing?
if it's just this once, you can probably ignore it
if it keeps happening, try hosting without any addons enabled and see if it crashes then

something is echoing x/4 each time somebody sends a message for a while
then it changes to printing out rotations of something

if you're using a non-standard form of notation for US things, and don't include units, expect nobody to know what you're talking about
without units things become unclear

there should be a working portal gun on one of the RTB archives
and i'm pretty sure you just go to the list of addons in the archive and use ctrl F to find what you're searching for
either that or scroll through the list

if you're using servercmdkick, that's just like doing /kick ID
pretty sure it would be %target.getBLID() or something

I know the ban function uses the BLID or name, not sure which
