I think he wants an addon that doesn't prevent an action that would created a score lower than a threshold
just an addon that if the score does go below the threshold, it gets set to it

not sure the best way to do this, I'd probably just loop and check it every so often and change it if need be, maybe check everybody's score 2-4 times a second
I don't think you can package every way there is to change the score to check after it updates

if you tested it, it actually didn't upload

if your file is too big, it will take too long to upload and the server will be like lolnope
since the avatar is at most 75x75 pixels, resize it to 75x75 and upload that

just opened up TF2 for the fist time in ages
and the first time on this laptop
and noticed 300 FPS on the main menu on a static screen
why isn't this limited lol

and interesting, 3 store promotional items
got a demoman cape which could be neat

They also won't be able to kill any bot vehicles like horses or tank turrets if you aren't in the minigame. I reported this problem years ago, but it seems noone cares.

he will be more than fine with liquid cooling; there are warranties for a reason. Don't strike fear into him needlessly
just making sure he's a bit more careful about putting it together
a fan spinning out of control is possible, but much more unlikely
besides, a leak in his computer may be just as dangerous and he could drown

I had 90 minute classes, and usually 3 of them a day. Was really nice.
that is one short day
I had ~90 minute classes 5 times a day in highschool

then college happened and I started scheduling everything in the evenings/night

I think you're misunderstanding how every point in space can be seen as a vector

if you have a point (5, 3, 6), you can represent it as a vector (5, 3, 6) from the origin (0, 0, 0)
a point on it's own doesn't have a direction, if you're claiming it's a vector it's often with respect to something, whatever or wherever that may be (either the origin or some other point way out somewhere)
and I do often see points in space as vectors, unlike what jetz says
it really depends on the context

but yeah, if you're subtracting vector B from vector A, just adding the inverse of B works well

I thought the onblownup event was only if the brick was blown up
ie once it fake kills from being blown up, not just being in range of an explosion

and misread the topic earlier, thought it was raycasts for ranged weapons instead of melee
I thought for melee it would work already, similar to a sword
