Never did finish downloading all the addons, but that was mostly due to the fact that it said MARCH 1ST on the website... Can't people ever stick to what they say anymore?

Yup, RTB is down, good news is I'll be able to host myself, the new box I got seems operational. Also, I'm thinking of starting my own hosting service. It would be pretty basic, but I think I could provide hosting for 17 people at the moment. I'm not entirely sure how easy it will be to fill those slots, we (my friend and I) would probably charge 6-10$ a month for it, and when the service gets popular, we will expand the operation.

Lets hope your (thinking of) hosting service will have some DDoS protection to it.

Idk, but Node 4 completely went down. (by the looks of it, Pecon7's boss battles server died at the same time, and it is on node 4) That is not a good sign. I'm sure Diggy will inform us soon.

I did use real estate yesterday, but it was only a $1 test sale around midday yesterday.

Both my main and my alt spawned with 0 health when I joined, which broke the client. Rejoining fixed the issue.

Somehow, I managed to get myself -16858 lumber and I can't get rid of it. The Labor board offers to pay me $-25284 for it, but it says it isn't a valid amount when I try to sell :P

stargate its not a bug people are just using the events wrong. you need to make your requestfunds legal sales as well if you want it to work properly. or just use sellitem, which is newer and combines requestfunds and additem into one.

update: i have done updates to vehicles, they should take damage when hitting bricks at high speeds. real estate should fully transfer lots you buy to you.

Vehicle ramming damage does not appear to be working properly. After ramming about 10 objects the jeep will catch fire, but won't die. One jackhammer hit after it catches fire will kill it. Also, Vehicle respawn appears to break when the vehicle catches fire. Can't respawn, can't recover.

Edit: On second thought, you could always make it so it really catches fire and destroys itself, along with giving it the ability to set nearby bricks ablaze.

Help / Cannot access blockland at college anymore.

Within the last week, I have not been able to access Blockland.us, Blockland forums, the master server, or the auth server while on my college's network. This effectively stops me from being able to play at college. The last time I successfully accessed Blockland from college was Sunday 2/2, right before the DDoS attacks. Returntoblockland.com and badspot.us were unaffected, and are still accessible.

Other info- I am a student worker in the IT office at the college, and to my knowledge there is nothing wrong on the college's end.

Looks like the DDoS attack doesn't quite have the strength to entirely take down the forums anymore. Congratz to Badspot for strengthening the forums. Now all we need is the rest of blockland's DDoS vulnerabilities fixed.

The 'VCE ID List' event appears to be broken. The 'BL_ID equals' event still works.

Addition to post 1/31: All Weed in hand is lost when you leave the server.

Addition to post 2/1: There seems to be a weird phenomena going on around the server. For some reason, individual bricks are just randomly disappearing then reappearing a couple of seconds later. Evidence of this can be seen in some of the terminals with rendering 'on' around the server. I have so far personally witnessed my weed bricks, a wall of my lot, a section of stairs and my safe randomly disappear. Occurrence seems to be completely random. It is rather annoying to walk through a wall that is suppose to hold me back, or fall through my floor for no apparent reason.

Bug in the building/lumber system. Lumber will be taken if you get a 'float brick' error while building. Also, ever thought of using disappear for when a tree gets cut down rather than fakekillbrick?
