Thank's for the input, and i figured out the problem, it was supposed to be direct x 11 rather then 9, on another note, is there any good grass/tree add ons out there or any other ambient scenery, i'm trying to make a massive screenshot sorta thing.

noedit: does anyone know why my direct X 9.0 keeps making my screen black when i load in, but then when i revert to direct X 8.1 it works?
I used to use Direct X 9.0 but it wont work anymore, this makes it virtually impossible for me to make good screenies again ):
