I always wonder if there actually are loads of really stupid people, or if it's just because a few people are so stupid and so outspoken about their stupidity, that you can't help but think that loads of people must be like that.

For example, I always think that the country must be filled with idiots, because I see disgusting people who walk onto these reality shows, like Jeremy Kyle (Which is similar to Jerry Springer, but doesn't have all the interesting specials and things).
It just makes it seem like they must be everywhere and make up most of the population.
But if that were the case, the world would have failed hundreds of years ago.

What I guess I'm saying, is that a small number of stupid people can somehow be so stupid that they're actually more prominent than people of average and higher intelligence.

In my school, it's as low as Grade 5.

Coolio is homeschooled.

why would you hope for something like that
I relish in the sadness and pain experienced by fictional characters.

My schools have all had underage love, not loads, but it existed.
And in fact, my previous secondary school was in the town with the highest proportion of teen-pregnancy to regular pregnancies in Europe, or say they said.

At the aforementioned school, smoking tobacco was well known, but always by people who had the decency to do it off grounds.
At the secondary school I was just at, which I moved to from the teen-preggers one, there were a couple of "colonies" of smokers who gathered in the same spots around the school and would smoke tobacco and occasionally cannabis too, which you could smell as the smoke drifted across the courts and fields.

In the preggers school, there were a lot of bullies, but then again, maybe I was just an easy target?
Not so many at Cannabis school.

The teen-pregnancy at School#1 goes hand-in-hand with extreme stupidity.
There were pupils who would actually jump off of tall-sections of the school in order to look cool and then brake their ankles doing so. I kid you not.
And then in CannabisSchool, there was an equally fair share of complete idiots. But unfortunately, I was in contact with a lot of them, because for a number of lessons, the school didn't believe in putting classes into sets based on intelligence, so, in my class, there were a couple of actually-intelligent people, myself included, and a stuffload of complete dumbasses.

I say no, because I dislike the stars in the new flag.
How on earth am I supposed to recreate that simply in Blockland?

She hasn't had a tragedy in some time yet.

I'm hoping for something like, she gets down there, just about manages to kill the fish, gathers her stuff, is about to leave, when the rope snaps or her knot-tying abilities turn out to be not so great.
Then having to try and get out of the well via sewers or something, in proper ElderScrolls style in time for the mages-guild opening.

You can visit all the islands involved in WWII, i would kill for an experience like that.
From the sound of it, he's going to be kept busy with charity work for 3 months.
The Phillipines sounds like a lovely place to visit for a holidaying-year or a gap-year from university or college, but if you're being forced to go despite not wanting to, and having to be there just to do charity work, then I can see how it's horrible.

It's a real shame to hear that you are having to go though, Clone.
Hopefully you'll be able to get back online to here to message us some.
But who knows, you might just be able to enjoy some of it a little bit.
If you're going to be there for atleast 3 months, then you don't want to make it a really stuff 3 months.
I hope to see you posting again before you return, but if not, then we'll just have to wait. :(

Drama / Re: Canto Xe (HarpDarp)
« on: January 21, 2012, 07:56:22 PM »
I honestly don't understand Canto.
He's a creep, who buys people things, and then sends them viruses disguised as "his own-made games".
Then he goes by a new name whenever someone gets annoyed with him, or seemingly makes a Drama.

He's not got any real wit about him, so I suppose that explains the fact that he's somehow not disappeared yet, considering the fact that he's not capable of actually interacting with people...

It's honestly just worth your time to completely ignore him.
Don't try pandering to him or trying to apologise, because he's not worth it.
You'll be talking to a brick wall who occasionally views you with contempt.
If he's able to teleport you around on Antares' server though, then he must have admin. Which begs the question of why did Antares give him admin in the firstplace, and if he's causing such a stir, why he hasn't removed it by now.
See if Antares agrees with you and if he'll de-admin him, or just ignore Canto. He gets bored of people at somepoint and then moves on to another person he can annoy for some time.
Unfortunately, he has a habit of trying to get in the way of people he's previously annoyed by changing his name.

Does he really think he can see a fictional character's snake? really?
Yes. And unfortunately, you can.
Not that you'd really want to, since it's a sponge with a yellow rooster stuck on, but still.

I hardly think that other countries are going to happily extradite 25% of all internet users in it.

Too young to be going on the internet if he's looking up stuff like that.
True, but it's extremely harsh to go and tell his parents.
How would OP feel if someone just sent his parents a list of all the research he visits.
It would be overly embarassing.

OP's friend should just tell his brother not to search it, that he found it, and in the good brotherly way, show him how to delete his history. :/
It's not like you guys weren't viewing websites that your parents would find inappropriate. You were just on /b/, even if you don't view researchographic topics on there, the website still has researcho adds upon it.

Just went to add OddWorld Munch's Odyssey, searched for any official webpages, found the Oddworld.com website and was surprised to see that even that was shut down today for PIPA/SOPA Protest.
Never seen it before, so I've never seen how much activity Oddworld.com gets, but it's bizarre to see so many websites simultaneously shutting down all against one thing.
