There have been 20 or fewer users online for the last few hours.
It's slowly starting to pick up now at nearly 40 active.

Yeah, it's quite a shame really. Anywhere from around morning to mid-afternoon here tends to find the server list empty.

As a shameless plug, my server is up at the moment. But I'm not doing much all that interactive. Building some terrain for a large greco-roman theme server I'm planning on making.
If anyone is interested in just freebuilding, or just wants some company, feel free to join.

That is my doctor. Hasn't been helping and it costs me 30 dollars per visit.

Can't go anymore because then I got to pay a 200 deductible and I'm not paying 200 dollars just for him to look at my ears and be like "well I don't know what's wrong"

That's right, my ears, nose and throat doctor doesn't know what the forget is wrong.
You're not going to find any better advice from anyone here. None of us know what's going on in your ears. 1 in 3 diagnosed with tinnitus have no obvious signs of ear/hearing damage.
You'll need to find another doctor, or get used to the ringing. If you have permanent tinnitus there's no cure.

I'd schedule an appointment with an Ear, Nose and Throat doctor.
This is the correct answer.
If you don't feel like your GP is doing enough, then arrange an appointment with a specialist.

Also, it can still be tinnitus if it is in just one ear.

Tinnitus can be either constant or come and go. It can vary in loudness and character from time to time. You can hear the noise or noises in one ear, in both ears, or it may be difficult to pinpoint where the noise seems to come from.

Head injuries or neck injuries. Head or neck trauma can affect the inner ear, hearing nerves or brain function linked to hearing. Such injuries generally cause tinnitus in only one ear.

Acoustic neuroma. This noncancerous (benign) tumor develops on the cranial nerve that runs from your brain to your inner ear and controls balance and hearing. Also called vestibular schwannoma, this condition generally causes tinnitus in only one ear.

Malformation of capillaries. A condition called arteriovenous malformation (AVM), abnormal connections between arteries and veins, can result in tinnitus. This type of tinnitus generally occurs in only one ear.

Have you ever been banned, sir dooble?
Once, in like '09 or '10. For not reading a post by Badspot on why a user was being banned, and posting afterwards that he shouldn't be banned. Basically I ignored the warning that someone else had posted while I was typing.

I don't know.
I can't forsee how I would get permad. I don't even have a history of bans for breaking the rules, so I would hope if I got banned for a minor rule, like flaming or chainbanned, I would only be banned for a week or two.

If I did something deserving of a permaban, like posting gore, or spamming or trolling, I think I would be too embarassed to return.

That's normal.
Should heal within a week. Wipe thoroughly, yet gentley, and gentley wash the area in the shower.

If it doesn't heal up after about a week, go and see a doctor as soon as possible. Blood in the stool can be a sign of bowel/colon cancer, so if the bleeding is persistant you will want to get it checked immediately.

Would just like to say that I have been successfully doing slightly more than nothing for almost a week now, and feel that I can apply myself further, and would like to be considered for the role of "does ever so slightly more than nothing".

Yeah it's a bad habit I've gotten into now

Many of my posts here are actually from the loo. Definitely the purest form of stuff-posting.
I don't get great wifi reception, so I don't post much from the toilet.

I have several factbooks though, so I read those a lot.
stuffting makes me smarter.

The sitting down to piss would be pretty common I'd imagine, especially now with so many people using their phones in the bathroom.
I try not to do this.
But if I'm having a poo I may spend some fair amount of time on my phone/3ds/reading a book.

If you don't vote because each candidate has flaws, you are effectively voting for all candidates and all their flaws.
There is never ever going to be a perfect politician. If you never vote you make it easier for the least perfect ones to win.

And maybe 1 vote doesn't matter much. But there are thousands like you who don't vote, and if you did you would make a difference. Every additional person who votes makes the result more representative of the nation's views.

Yeah, but you're probably not the target market. But you are a good vector.

Sounds like an effective ad if it's stuck in your head.
Very effective actually, now that I've heard of it through another person.

Annoying ads are just as effective as nice/funny ads.
