as for ghouls, I always shoot a body I know I didn't kill lol 3spooky

That's what I do, and spam the VATS button.
But I didn't see this body, as it was behind that log, and when I walked over to it I was really close, and it didn't get up, so I assumed it was dead.

I went to loot it and it told me to pickpocket instead.

Perhaps it's an entrance point for a later DLC, given how far out of the map it is?

Yeah, that's not always true.

After topping up £23,954 in debt, I know that I'm not the best student possible.
And at this rate I'll finish with nearly £50k ($75k).

Edit: And I'm not even at the top end of tuition fees, and I get a sizable amount of maintenance in the form of a grant.
It would be a lot lot worse if I was at a uni in England and from even a slightly wealthier family.
