The Nobel Peace prize, is one of 5 prizes given out by the Nobel Committees.
There are 3 scientific Nobel prizes, being Physics, Chemistry and Physiologiy/Medicine.
There are 2 non-scientific Nobel prizes, being Peace, and Literature.
Jairo's link was comparing Scientific Nobel Prizes, of which Germany had the biggest share of around 1900-1965, by far.

It's probably a little bit closer to correct if we're only counting active members, those who have posted/been online in the last year, for example.
The Forum Member list doesn't have that sort of information however, and I've no idea how I would gather such info, without digging through all the accounts by hand, which would take forever.

Interestingly, if you have 1000 posts, there's only about 1550 accounts with more posts than you.
Also, out of 84473 total forum accounts, there are only 16248 who have 1 or more posts.
Which means only 19% of the forums have ever made a post, making most lurkers/forgotten/bot accounts.
Which means 1k+ accounts make up just 1.8% of all total accounts.

Haven't tried Edge on PC, but its app on Xbox One (which I am using now) is crap.
It's mostly the same as the IE app, but it glitches out when going back a page (have to back out like 2-3 times per page, as it usually just reloads the current page), and it can't automatically capitalise words at the bedginning of a sentence.
It also refuses to display big (file size) images. IE used to load them but had a tedndency to crash.
And it won't load a direct link to an image, which IE didn't do either.

So wish I had level 3 of the Wasteland Creature Pacify perk, because on my trip through the glowing sea I pacified both a Deathclaw AND a Legendary Deathclaw!
Sadly there weren't other enemies about for them to attack.
I did get a Radscorpion (with <50% HP) to fight a Deathclaw though.
