I'm still waiting for them to patch the game to just be a re-release of Fallout 2, in its full isometric glory.

am i the only one who thinks confident travis is more annoying than shy travis
I don't think he's too annoying, but I do think his character change is a little too forced/sudden.

I get that he would become more confident, but to begin with, he has stutters and things, which seem more than just nerves, and it seems weird that he would go from a complete nervous wreck, who speaks before he thinks, to basically being a smooth-talking witty DJ.
I expect him to fumble every now and then, basically.

Does the quest for Diamond City Radio change what songs will be played on the radio?

Because I did that quest quite early on in my first playthrough, and I played for many hours afterwards, and figured I had heard all the songs.

But on my second playthrough, where I haven't done anything with the Radio, there are now several songs that occasionally play, which I have not heard before.
Unfortunately, they play quite rarely, and I haven't been using the radio much this playthrough, so I can't name the songs.

Or "setessential 0" makes them kill-able. :P
Doughboy prefers to wipe them from existence.

if you cant kill someone cause they're essential, go into console commands, click on them and "disable" them. they vanish forever
That's stone-cold.

Going into the Glowing Sea for the first time on this character, as part of the main storyline.
Quick travel to closest location, on the other side of the river.
Am wearing power armour for the mission, upgraded as much as my abilities allow, for radiation resistance, and to survive Deathclaws and Scorpions.

Wander down the road to the nearest bridge (which was an open drawbridge, so couldn't cross it anyway), as I don't have Aquagirl ability.
Approach a building with super mutants, while on the road. They attack.
Hanrooster gets forgeted over instantly, Super Mutants are giving me a beating.
Wander backwards, as Hounds, Skirmishers and a Self Deleter chase me.
Nearly have the Self Deleter down, when I have to reload. He explodes.
Left leg destroyed, and left arm damaged.

Finish off the other super mutants on the ground.
One still left on top of building with laser rifle.
Shoots wildly at me, while I line up some sniper shots.
Car next to me catches fire, from his shots, and then explodes almost instantly.
Lose second leg.

Restart to before quick travel.
My most humiliating non-fatal defeat yet.

What? That's not true. I've killed all three of them. Only the children are essential.
The wiki says they are essential.
And I'm certain at the very least I couldn't kill Ingram when forced to.

Maybe it has to do with your point in the storyline? I hadn't finished at the time.

Joek went right over your head.
No it didn't, I just decided to reply seriously. I saw the little text, and am well aware what 'cp' is also an acronym for.

Did they remove the CP or is it archived? can I have?
It was renamed Forum Games.

And subsequently all Forum Games were moved from Off Topic.

They were locked and archived while you were gone, both because they served no purpose any more, and were just being used as a sandbox for spamming in.

After they were closed, a fair bit of the spamming moved to Badspot's Poll topic in Community Projects, the one asking if CP/Creativity should be merged, or deleted, or renamed.

After the Boards were reshuffled, the topic was closed, and it seems part of the spam has moved to Clan Discussion instead.
Hence we have toss like these;
ANDRE THE GIANT WWF CHAMPION FAN CLUB
emo gee klan
Meme Team©™
:^) clan
uncle grandpa fan club
HULK HOGAN FAN CLUB REBORN
among many others.

Proctor Ingram, Proctor Teagan, and Senior Scribe Neriah are essential.
All three are located inside the main deck of the Prydwen.

Also, the children are essential too, obviously.

I like "Human friend!" when trying to pacify Super Mutants.

Anyone know what actually happens when a legendary enemy mutates, besides their health refilling?

The legendary item they have doesn't change (I pacified a legendary, picked its pocket to see its item, backed out, aggro'd it, fought it until it mutated, killed it, checked its inventory, and it had the exact same item).

So is it just to make legendaries tougher?
I can't confirm, but I suspect they have higher armour after mutating, so take longer to kill.
They often gain a yellow smokey emitter around them too.
Do they possibly give more XP after mutating??

It would be nice to know if it is better to kill them quick, before they mutate, or to let them mutate before killing.

Uh, lots for different things.

Sainsbury's, PC World, GAME (although preferred Gamestation), Waterstones.

Those people know what they did.
I made you have a temper tantrum, didn't I? :)

Congrats Derontchi! Best of luck with the date.
