I love the robotics perk. You get an option to hack a robot while sneaking on it, you enter your pipboy, then use it like a terminal basically.
Oh, nice.
I definitely need to put a few more points into Intelligence in order to get that perk then.
Although at the moment I'm trying to put points into Perception, to get Lockpicking, and maybe Demolitions Expert.

I also now have Rank 2 of Intimidation, which makes it quite fun to pacify an enemy and have him shoot his allies. Especially if you've just heard him having a pleasant conversation with them. I like to imagine he cries as he does my bidding.

One peculiarity of Rank 2 for those perks however, is that the range at which you get the option to "incite" an enemy to attack, is significantly shorter than the range from which you can pacify them.
So sometimes you can pacify an enemy on the other side of the room, but you can't incite him without running out of your cover and over towards him.

When I went to the Macy's day parade just a few weeks ago, I saw a heck of alot of police officers holding AR's. They are beefing up stuff but when you last visited, CIA wasn't a problem i dont think
I think he meant Old York, not New York.

Don't the british royal guard carry around some kind of bull-pup rifle now? At least the castle's safe.
The Royal Guard are armed, yes.
Even the ones stood outside Buckingham Palace, who tourists take pictures of.

I have officers with bullet-proof vests, 9mm, magnums, batons, and shotguns patrolling my streets.
You also live in a stuffhole though.

I would just say keep an eye on his NEW SERIES of Islamic Terrorist Attacks topic, because Caribou's history is that he stays pretty chill for a while on the forums, and then eventually he starts discussing politics, race or religion, and then comes out as a massive tribal, is called out on it, and then does something to get himself banned.

He's starting early this time.

Charisma/Luck character is going pretty well, though I recently realized pacifying things doesn't actually give me any exp and it only works on lower level enemies that I wouldn't have any trouble killing so I'm not sure what the point is

It probably gets more useful as I level up the perk but right now I basically just use it to hear my character shout "calm down, starfish!" before taking some cheap shots at my victim
It's interesting, but yeah, a little disappointing that you don't get experience from it, nor can you do it on higher-levelled enemies.

However, at the second tier of those perks, you can incite the pacified enemy to attack.
They will begin to attack anything around them, generally. Which can be a little difficult if you're on a quest with a temporary companion, like the Bobbi No-Nose quest.

But it's nice to watch a Mirelurk fight a Mirelurk. And I can't wait until I can get a Super Mutant or a Raider to attack his allies.

Apparently the third tier lets you give them commands, like a companion, including to follow you. So you get an extra companion, although a mortal one.
But I don't know if this is true. That's just what I heard off of Reddit.
And they were talking about the Robotics Perk, which I believe acts the same way as Intimidate, but on Robots. I don't have it though to be sure, and its description is more vague, just saying you "hack the robot".

This is tricky.

Probably some form of Cheese and Onion, but that's so boring.
There happen to be some delicious Walker's Sensations. Their Roasted Chicken & Thyme is really nice.

Actually, Roast Chicken flavour is usually great. I just haven't had any in years!

We already have Islamist terrorist attacks.

There was the 7/7 bombings, in 2005, which were the first and most horrific Islamist terrorist attacks on the country.
In 2007 there was an attack on the Glasgow International Airport, where a car filled with bombs was driven at the entrance and exploded. Bollards stopped the car, and no one died, but a few were injured.
There was an attempted Self Delete attack in Exeter in 2008, but no one died, and only the attacker was injured.
Then there was the murder of Lee Rigby in 2013, a soldier who was killed in the street. They ran him down in a car and attacked him with knives.

As sas as it is to say, the UK is used to terrorist attacks.
We dealt with them for around 30 years, from the IRA.

Yes, when I went to York, not a single officer had a gun.
They don't need guns for their everday policing.

There are specialist gun units capable of arriving quickly to any scene, who are firearms trained.

It was impossible to follow
Yeah, we didn't have any set rules for the first bash.

There was no consistent character design (Nal in particular had like 4-5 different designs, so you had no idea it was him).
There was no consistent colouring (half the panels coloured, half not).
People were allowed to pick and choose their panels, even if they weren't consecutive, so it went like Hodot, Hodot, Dooble, Kimon, Hodot, Muslim, Doughboy, Dooble. Which meant it was impossible to follow along with, as you couldn't understand one persons design from the next.
Plus we had some really lazy panels, like a Spongebob Squarepants "6 hours later" sort of panel, which didn't really tell you anything.

For the Christmas one, when Hodot and I were gonna do it, we had set up a bunch of rules, and we were going to do some conceptual sketches of what the characters looked like, so that people wouldn't try to completely re-design them.
I think the main thing was just that people would have to do their work in chunks, so that at the very least, any 1 section made sense.

I'm really excited to see the progress you guys get with it.

Makes me wish I wrote more silly stories. Hodot and I had again planned to do a Valentines story too, probably something about the wrong people getting hit by Cupid's arrows.
Plenty of opportunity for laughs, in putting forumers together who shouldn't work, lol.

They're pretty good, they just suffer from the inability to express texture on account of Blocklands fixed gridsize and the size of blocks.
It becomes difficult to make the wooden beams seem distinct from the plaster.

I've built several medieval builds in essentially the same style as yours, and they all have the same issue.
