Off Topic / Re: I just missed my Captain's Best Friend's funeral

That's got to feel embarrasing, but your Captain won't hold it against you.
You were under no real obligation to attend the funeral, and it was generous of you to offer to attend in the first place. Plus you were quick to let him know you couldn't make it.

You don't have any reason to be upset at yourself, so don't beat yourself up over it.

You don't need linked quotes if your source is google.

yea. i would want to be vegetarian but i can't hold myself to that title since i know there will be times where i eat meat either accidentally or because i have no other choice lol, i dont want to turn it into a 'problem' if i can avoid it.
like after i go to a bar on friday the only place open at 4am is a burger joint so u kno, i cant be vegetarian at that moment
You could always just order a kebab. It's certainly not identifiable as animal.

This coming from someone who uses block user script on lord tony  and yet continues to post about lord tony
Normally you're supposed to phrase a response like that ("this coming from...") when you believe someone is being contradictory or hypocritical with their derogatory statement, and want to belittle their statement.

Not in response to someone saying a fact. You are part of Harvest and a friend/supporter of Tony.

Your post reads as if I should doubt Khaz's claim that you're part of Harvest because of his character, despite it being true.

It's not a matter of "I think he's funny, take a joke you cunt" because the recipient clearly dislikes it and clownfish clearly knows it.
Given just how many times Tony has done the exact same with users like Clownfish, Molten, Blockchip, Path and others (and many of those have done the same to Tony in return), I can't really find an iota of compassion for anyone who doesn't like the taste of their own medicine.

negating destructive facts with beneficial facts is a slippery slope
I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you're saying. Who's negating facts, what are destructive/beneficial facts, and what is it a slippery slope to?

They existed 1000x as long as us without ever committing genocide against their own kind, so I'd say that's a big plus for them.
You say that, but paleontological evidence points towards velociraptors being massive tribals.

dinosaurs existed for like 1000x as long as humans and they never developed language or instant ramen so they're substantially worse than humans
On the other hand, they lived 1000x as long as humans without developing instant ramen, so they're substantially better than humans.

The meteor that killed 90% of life on our planet.

There is no competition, that literally is the most destructive disaster in our history.
Only if we measure destruction by loss of life.

The formation of the moon from the supposed collision of Earth and Theia would be significantly more destructive.

Yeah, he's quite a cheeky chappy.

yeh but consider this: forget bugs
I'm terrified of forget bugs.

The range on the death toll here is insane
"145,000-4,000,000"
That's a range of 3.8 million
Well, chinese are very small. There could have been a lot of them squeezed in one place.

Uhm, Noah's Flood, duh.

A healthy diet is the cure to acne, so your mother was partially right.
A healthy diet is a partial preventative to acne, but isn't a cure at all.
The cure to existing acne is to clean your skin properly, and retain high levels of hygiene (meaning you shower regularly, wash your hair regularly, wash your hands regularly while avoiding touching your face, and wash your face twice daily with some form of soap).

Teenage acne is also in part a natural side effect of puberty and the presence of hormones.
Stress, which is also common just going through puberty, will also exacerbate it.

Drinking a single fruit smoothie will in no way cure or prevent acne.

Edit: You need to tell your mum specifically and clearly that the reason you acted the way you did was solely because she was abusing your sister and because she hit her.

Don't get into an argument after that, but just make it clear that you won't stand for her treating your sister that way.
