I think i most definetly could. I also found that i like to start at the bottom of web pages and work my way up but i'm not sure if that's related or not.
I think maybe a witch cursed you with a reversal spell or something.

I actually had the opposite happen to me when playing the classic Fallouts. I played Tactics first, and its interface and mechanics are so much more advanced and enjoyable to me, that when I tried playing Fallout and Fallout 2, I just couldn't stand the way they worked... and I really regret doing that.
Yeah, I know that feeling too. I think that it's harder to go from new to old if the difference in gameplay/mechanics is too extreme.

I didn't get on with any original Fallout games having come to them from 3/NV, although that's quite a big change in style (isometric turn-based to 3D FPS).
I still felt uncomfortable with Morrowind, coming from Oblivion/Skyrim though, which is less drastic a change. But I think I could persevere with it though.

But each person will obviously have their own limits for how different a game can be before they can't enjoy it.

I had recently watched Breaking Bad backwards. I found it a lot more engaging somehow. Like seeing things go from bad to the past where it all started out so innocently.
Would you watch a series in reverse on your first viewing, or only after having watched it through normally?

actually cousin forgeters is pretty accurate, in fact it's probably a more common occurrence than goat loving

Which I can't say I'm surprised the most incestual culture in the world can't seem to get its stuff straight and hasn't been able to for hundreds of years.  Inbreeding can cause all types of bad things.
Uhh, cousin marriage is a not uncommon practice all over the world.
And it's not exclusive to Islam. Your map even points out it has higher rates (approaching 10%) in Canada, South Africa, India, China and much of South America which have low muslim populations.

Cousin marriage is typically a means of retaining wealth within families. It's not particularly dangerous either.
If there's any reason for its increased prevalence in muslim/arab nations it's a byproduct of the prevalence of arranged marriages.

As for 'not getting its stuff straight for hundreds of years' because of inbreeding, the European Royal families successfully cousin-married for centuries and built empires that collectively conquered most of the world.

Can't say I would appreciate watching shows that way, particularly Dramas.
I like the anticipation of being in the dark and wondering where the plot will go.

I can see less issue for something with less of an overarching plot, like Star Trek or Doctor Who, where the chronology isn't so important.
But I wouldn't consider it for something like Game of Thrones or Breaking Bad.

I kind of do that samething, but with video games.
This I can relate to more. One of the unintended benefits is that often later games in a series are more advanced technologically and visually, plus their gameplay can be more refined, such as Mass Effect 2/3 compared to 1.
This makes it easier to get into the series as an aged game can be frustrating. Starting on a more accessible later game may draw you into the series and lore and give you the motivation to put up with the older game.

Games / Re: games that would be better if made different

I think every game has room for both subjective and objective improvements.

If there was a truly perfect game you'd never really need to play anything else .

also, what: when has "i could care less" been something to cringe at? it's a common phrase.
The correct phrase is "I couldn't care less". It implies that it is impossible for someone to care any less because they already do not care at all.
The phrase "I could care less" would imply that you care at least some amount, as you are capable of caring less.

Saying the phrase incorrectly completely changes the meaning of what you're saying.

You'd know if it was your gums, they'd be bright red and shiny, not pink. They also wouldn't bleed that profusely if you're accurate in how much you bled.

However if you had a cut you would expect it to carry on bleeding after brushing, whereas gums tend to stop pretty quickly.

Given that you can't find a source and it was a lot of blood I would reccomend you see your doctor or dentist.
To be on the safe side when you brush next, brush gently and in little circles. Use a soft-bristled brush if you have one.

If you want to try and rule out a nosebleed have a check up your nose and try to see if there is any caked in blood on the walls of the nostril.

wait it wasn't cancelled? wow
God no, that would just send Brazil into anarchy if they had 100% wasted all that money.

The games have gone quite well really, with only minor hiccups. Biggest is that the chlorinated diving/water polo pools have mysteriously turned green.

Coverage has been good for non-US. CBS have ruined their coverage with ads and poor commentary.

Minimal crime/incidents within Olympic Village, but the regular issues in the rest of Rio.

It's certainly no Beijing or London, but it could have gone a lot lot worse. Although it's not over yet.

So, I'm like really surprised no one made a topic for the Olympics (unless I missed one).
I would make one, but am too lazy to write/format one, or to keep it updated. Plus we're like halfway through now.
