Alright, so this has been happening to my PC for a while
Any time I run STEAM, all of the buttons in the community/store/games window and the friends window are all crunched up in to the top left, making steam completely useless.
I just tried re-installing (getting the downloader and 'repairing' it.) but the problem is staying.
Attached is a picture of my problem.
help please.
edit: there, i changed my background. everybody shut up now, lol.
