also i think some states are making it illegal to go get an abortion in another state. not sure if thats even constitutional though

I wouldn't be surprised if SCOTUS deemed it constitutional.

Musk is rich and if he truly didn't do it, then proving his innocence is better for his image and business than settling with NDAs.

They settled, it never went to court. He may not have been in the wrong. Going to court and going through the motions would have been more expensive than just settling out of court.

Even if it wasn't a legitimate accusation, the fact that Musk was contacted before he announced voting for republicans debunks the "opportunistic bullstuff".

There's also the thing that voting republican is worthy of criticism as it is a bad thing to do.

Oh yeah, and the woke agenda has falsified Musk's loveual harassment so we'll that they forced him to settle a case for 250k dollars in 2018. The Business Insider contacted Musk about the harassment before he declared he's gonna vote republican, this is just a scummy manouver.
