I wish Jorgur's RPG and Wizzard's Dogfights would return, and Diggy's Metropolis RPG (which has thankfully returned). I've heard so many amazing things about Jorgur's RPG and Wizzard's Dogfights, which is why I want both to return. I'm sad that I didn't get to experience many of Blockland's 'golden days'.

Help / How do I use Blockland add-on's through Steam?
« on: December 25, 2013, 11:45:08 PM »
Add-on's have never worked for me the regular way, and hopefully they'll work for me via Steam.

How would this work?

Off Topic / Are you an only child or do you have siblings?
« on: December 20, 2013, 10:59:46 PM »
I have a sibling.

I've recently been interested in fertility rates, and it's really weird to me how all of a sudden there are many more only children than ever before. Families are shrinking as we speak.

Mine are to be a better student, a lot more serious as a person, and to study much more.

General Discussion / We're lacking servers for people to play on!
« on: December 16, 2013, 07:28:09 PM »
I just realized this. For the past few hours ever since we've been purchasable on Steam - there has been a rising amount of new players, and about 700 have been playing in servers on average for the past hour or two now. A concern is that there aren't many servers available. I have seen 200-250 servers online, and a lot of the good servers are full. The ratio of players to servers isn't looking too good, but I think this could be fixed by us trying to put good servers online and upping the player limit in our servers.

What do you guys think?

Forum Games / True or False - THE GAME
« on: December 15, 2013, 08:21:46 PM »
How to play:

You state an opinion, or even a fact, and the person below says if it's true or false. Also if it is an opinion, then it's automatically false.

Here I'll start!

Wales is bigger than England in size.

True, or false?

Off Topic / What country do you think is the most patriotic?

I think the USA, China, UK, France and Australia are the most patriotic. Also any socialist dictatorship is very patriotic too.

Help / Why won't add-on's work?
« on: December 11, 2013, 10:12:50 AM »
I tried downloading this Bot_Bear thingy which I wanted, and didn't unzip the file. I dragged the file into the Blockland "Add-Ons" folder I have, and it still did not work! I pressed "Custom" game-mode and tried to select it, but it wasn't there! I even checked my folder too, and saw that it was there inside the Add-Ons folder.

What do I do? I've never been able to successfully download add-on's or even RTB, and it's annoying because Blockland isn't as enjoyable without them.

Help would be appreciated! I know I'm doing something wrong, I just won't know what.

General Discussion / What would you consider yourself to be on Blockland?
« on: December 10, 2013, 04:06:53 PM »
I consider myself to just be a typical player, and a forumer.

I think as technology advances, it could happen. I just thought of this ecological issue though, and it really opened my eyes. At one point or another, we will have very few resources left, too much space will be used, and things would be way too overpopulated.

Do you think us humans will be able to figure out a way to create towns and/or settlements in Antarctica for not only scientists or polar researches?

Off Topic / Nelson Mandela has just passed away.
« on: December 05, 2013, 03:50:02 PM »
We knew it was coming, but we just didn't know when. Mandela lived a great life. Mandela made large contributions to South Africa, and became a legendary leader. He was one of the most notable of South Africa's Prime Ministers. He fought for civil rights and liberties for his people. Without Mandela, South Africa would still be under Apartheid (South African equivalent to America's segregation). Mandela was one of a kind.

May he be never forgotten.

Suggestions & Requests / Star Collecting Game-Mode
« on: December 04, 2013, 12:14:34 AM »
How this would work:

The game-mode would use randomly generated maps, and what you would do is try to collect as many stars as possible. You'd also hear some arcade music to go along with this in the background. As a player, it's your job to collect the stars faster than everyone else within a time limit for example, let's just say you'd have 2:00 to collect 50/50 stars. Whoever finds the most, wins and same goes if there is a tie (then they both win). During each new map change, the stars would be hidden in randomized places.

I think this would sort of be like a party mini-game.

Off Topic / Is there any person who is now dead, who you'd want to meet?

I'd want to meet Conway Twitty, John Denver, Jim Henson, Winston Churchill, and Einsenhower.

I think there might be a chance that I'm the only one here who celebrates it, but oh well.

Tonight is the first night of Hanukkah, out of 8. During those days, kids usually get a generous amount of money each day. I usually get $50 for each of those days. It is basically the Jewish equivelant to Christmas. On Hanukkah, usually something called potato latke's are traditionally eaten - which are potato pancakes sometimes served with apple sauce. Hanukkah is considered to be one of the minor Jewish holidays.

What are you getting for Hanukkah, and do you know anyone who is celebrating it?
