As much as I would want this to happen, Obsidian just started working on Pillars of Eternity 2, Obsidian making another Fallout is a dream come true for me however I doubt they're going to be making it soon.

This summer I played Fallout 2 and now I started Fallout 1 and I've been having a blast, they may look a bit boring at first but give them a chance. They're really good once used to them.

Don't give me that "he did it for NO REASON" stuff. If he was that pissed to wake up at night and destroy your laptop then you've obviously done something that angered him.
