I made 100m. There is a hurdle at 50. You don't actually have to jump at the end.

I'm posting a video.

A quick primer: a socialist economy has all of it's industry nationalized. Progressive taxes are not socialist. A welfare state is not socialist.

The partial nationalization of the American banking system, however, can be considered a socialist policy.

Guess who voted in favor of partially nationalizing the American banking system?

These are the off-topic forums, for discussions not related to Blockland. If you are tired of reading political discussions, don't click the topics. If a single line of text declaring a political statement in the off-topic forums disturbs you to the point where you can no longer function, we can't help you. Sorry. Read other sections until people are done talking about it.

Whether this "passes" or not (by the way, we have never democratically added rules to the forum before, this would be a first) I'm not changing my posting habits to appease you.

What do you plan to major in?

I'm dual majoring in construction technology and architectural technology.

I recently attended a lecture about clean energy and have been thinking about specializing in sustainable design.

Typically when people go DUN DUN DUN DON they are talking about Beethoven's 5th symphony. Look it up on youtube. I don't watch the Simpsons regularly, last time I watched it was probably 3 weeks ago.

I thought about transferring to Buffalo (although it's pretty unlikely). Most of my friends are transferring to Oswego after community college.

I'm going here:

You guys seem to be missing out on the fact that today is Guy Fawkes night.

If you understood this maybe you would be a little more hesitant to jump on the bandwagon bandwagon.

My point was that arguing that McCain will die is a horrible reason not to vote for him, and not voting for Obama because you think he'll get assassinated is equally as stupid. The arguments are annoying, aren't really founded, and in general make the people repeating them look really clueless.

And will have the best medical care on the entire planet, and medical records suggest that he could definitely hold out for four more years, if not eight?

Off Topic / Got back from voting, also go vote.

I didn't have to wait in a long line at all, in fact, as soon as I got there, I voted. But there are only 10000 people in my town anyway.

My town has its own party that runs in all the local elections. I laughed because they put Roger Calero there; there wasn't any room for him elsewhere. I was trying to figure out why the town had a presidential candidate.

Anyway, I voted on the old lever machines, they are actually pretty nice. I'm hoping for no hanging or dimpled chads.

I mentioned that I voted, and one of my friends asked if I voted for the right candidate. I responded with "I plead the fifth."

So, yeah, you should go vote. I'm posting from school, so I don't have time to tell you why. If you don't want to vote, pretend I had an argument with you and won and convinced you to go.
