I can't view it though, and unless you have a TGE license, you can't either.
However, I'm pretty sure that a dv file is an interior file. I think the ruined house model in AoT is in dv format.

Terrain builds would be a lot more fun with actual ramped roads.
There should probably be different grades of slopes too. 32x32x4, 32x32x8, and 32x32x16. I think a 32x32x16 is already about a 45 degree angle, so anything higher than that would be ridiculous.
Also, slightly curved ramps would be really awesome for bridges or starting/ending a steep slope.
