Use a proxy in the US I guess. Although it probably violates their terms of service, and definitely violates their music licensing agreement.

Creativity / Re: The Warren Thread

And here come the Blockland Brownshirts, on their holy crusade, ordained by the most high and secretive malcontent academic intelligentsia Illuminati, to stamp out any enjoyment from the forums and impose their social order!

Here is what they want you to think: our actions and methods of artistic expression are somehow degrading the forums. That we are being foolish, immature, childish. We are setting a new forum low. We are an embarrassment to the Internet. Followers of a short term fad. They tell us we should get back in our place!

In opposition to the intellectual creativity-fascists, I'd like to show my support for the the equivalent of a virtual flash mob. Not an idiotic bandwagon, but a disorganized group of artists who, in spite of opposition by a small minority of forum hotshots, advocate expression and forum unity through short themed avatar sessions.

Though a relatively new development, the roots of this disorganized conglomeration of rouge artists can be traced back to Turbocamel, and the many hilarious photoshops of his face. Since then, there have been a variety of extremely successful events, including the Valentine's day hearts, the roundheads bandwagon, steal an avatar day, and currently the w-face (I refrain from using his name because I would inevitably lose control over my shift key by pronouncing his most holy name) avatar swap.

In the words Warren, the CURRENT RECIPIENT OF OUR UNDIVIDED ATTENTION

I'M RIGHT, YOU'RE WRONG, MY MOM SAID SO.

LONG LIVE THEMED AVATAR DAY

How do you make a poloroid?

You expose a self-contained packet of photosensitive paper and chemicals to light. After the picture is taken, it is squeezed through rollers which squish the chemicals onto the paper and produce photograph after 30 seconds or so.

And can't Badspot look up who voted what in polls?

No. SMF doesn't provide any way of doing it.

Yeah, so basically, you can take the SD card out of your DS, go to any store with one of those machines that takes sd cards and prints out pictures, and print out high quality postcard sized pictures.

Put back your previous picture with the resolutions and the dimensions of the picture too, my post makes more sense then.

This lovely picture was taken on a 1.5 mega pixel camera.

(broken link)

So it probably won't look that bad.

I love the title. I had no clue what this thread was about, I just clicked it because it said "pirate ryan from 1997man" which is just awesome.

Forum Games / Re: Hurt and heal game 1

Someone dies here.

Hurt space.
Heal nit.

When I played it in my old forum, and it seems to be so here, as long as your not double posting, you can post as many times as you want.

All posts after this one break away from the rules of reality, since they start healing/hurting dead people.

The current score seems to be:

Badspot 13
Space guy 0
Trader 11
Kaje 12
Ephilates 12
Facechild 10
Rotondo 11
Nitramtj 18
Wedge 13
Bones 1
Mocheeze 12
entrepreneur in 8

Although I added this up multiple times and it came out differently every time.
Also, I ignored posts by people hurting/healing people who weren't in the game.

Basically, MTV is running some silly poll that you can vote as many times as you want.
Currently, Rick is in the lead with 99.98% of votes.

http://www.bestactever.com/

It votes 5 times every two seconds.

Also, yeah, it's on digg. Before someone posts "stole from digg fail."

"Thanks! You've voted for Rick 681 times. "

Yes. Google a program called audacity. Import an MP3, convert it to a mono track, and export it in ogg format.

It's bob-omb. See video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2HEtcmL0bTw

It's an awesome map. I can't remember where I got them, but I have all the textures for the map, PM me if you want them.

Just kidding, I lost them. :(
But they are on the internet somewhere.

Yeah, if you do a google search for super mario 64 textures, it's like the first result on there.

copied from my facebook status (since everyone else seems to be posting their thoughts on the debates in their facebook statuses too)

Sarah Palin is not a good public speaker. She reminds me of that girl on Miss Teen America who said something about maps and Africa.

I used to think it was a dog. Then I googled it and found out it was some random anime character with a huge ass sword.

I can't remember what that pink thing sticking out of their neck is.
