Yeah I'll still join a few servers. I'm estimating that I'll have about two or three more weeks and then I'm done for good. I probably won't join any servers after that.

1. It's freakin Blockland, of course the houses are rectangles.
2. They are meant for RPs, TDM/DM/CTF/Zombies, and movies, not loving freebuilds.
3. How the forget would he rush a map as huge as that?

Take a look at the default maps. Those can pwn some of these maps.The textures on them are horrible and everything was crudely made. If that's not rushed, I don't know what it is.
A lot of people are spoiled and then come to Blockland and expect the same perfection they see in other games. I don't have top-of-the-line software, a gigantic development team, or a powerful engine to work with. If you want perfection then you shouldn't be playing Blockland. People don't realize how many problems and glitches making maps like this cause.

Isn't that the reason I downloaded a map in the first place - to build in other places?

You definitely have some skills, but most of your maps seemed rushed, crowded, and not really worth it.
Don't you download maps to have fun? You never record movies, play DMs, play RPGs, play zombie games, have races, mess with physics, have dog fights, etc.? There are more aspects to Blockland than just building. And they are not rushed; try making a map as large as my cities and see how impossible it really is. Each one took weeks of constant work while sacrificing much of my time I could have used for something more productive. If I knew people were going to be close minded like this then I wouldn't have made them at all. It's a privelege for you to even have that content, try not to be stuck up, ok? It's just a game and there are a lot more important things out there than Blockland.

I just got your PM, but I'll reply here. I can't keep making add-ons, I'm supposed to be leaving. But, I'll try to make a few more. It won't be hard for others to make boats though if they use my scripts.

I stated it early on in the argument. Since the jet ski can move on all axis any increase in speed would cause it to fly. A remedy would be to use a player datablock, but this would be more difficult. Or, I could lock it to the Z axis, but then it would cause more problems. Also, the way the jet ski is now perfectly fits what it was made for, my GSF Paradise map.

Ghost, I'm not just blidnly insulting your add on, you are all hung up on the fact that I said "it sucks" once.
Logical fallacy; I'm "hung up" that your jumping to conclusions and being prideful, it has NOTHING to do with the add-on. I've tested this for weeks, just give me the benefit of the doubt that I actually know what I'm doing...

i dont blame you for making your last map. 11 weeks on paradise city? I say you should just release the maps you didnt.
Well I'm thinking of releasing some old ones like GSF Forest, Vice City 2, and Attic. I lost the files to my unreleased maps though, but I could remake some of them because they weren't as complex as my latter maps. I'm also thinking of updating some of my recent maps with higher-resolution textures and other improvements.

Seems like you are getting a little bit defensive too ghost, everyone has something we can and can't do, to me it seems like you are better at making maps then making add ons.
To me it seems I'm a lot better at formulating logical observations than anything. I'm annoyed (not defensive) at people that say my add-ons suck and justify their claims with opinion. Some people say my boats "suck" because they can't turn, without realizing it's for a reason. Some people say my jet ski "sucks" because it doesn't go fast, without realizing I've been testing alternative scripts for weeks.

That's why I'm annoyed. People don't think anymore, they jump to conclusions based on emotion. I don't care if you like it or not, but I do care how you came to that conclusion which helps me improve my add-ons. If you state something negative without a logical reason then I take it as a blind insult. If you don't like it, then respectively explain why, don't blaintly tell me "it sucks" as if your opinion is a fact and you took all considerations of it's purpose.

I really don't think you got the point of what I said.
This doesn't work how right when it's being used right.  Jet skis are supposed to go fast, that's their objective.  and if you made it go faster and it would lift into the air, then maybe you are just not coding your jet ski right, maybe you shouldn't code it to be a plane that doesn't lift.

Yes it does, it works perfectly as intended. Jet skis are supposed to be fun, that's their objective. But, now we are in a digital simulation of reality with limitations. If it went too slow, there would be a problem. If it went too fast, there would be problem. If it's balanced, then it's fine. And I made the right decision to keep it as is because the majority like it and it matches my criteria for it's purpose. I actually got more speed by F8ing up into the sky and pressing F7, and flying, then I did gliding on water.  You sir have made yourself a plane that has no upward control.
"It sucks" does not help me. You don't like it just because it doesn't go fast and because it doesn't work correctly when it isn't used correctly? Did it ever occur to you that if it went faster than it would take off like a plane? Did it ever occur to you that if you didn't use it as intended then it wouldn't work as intended?

Next time use logic please, your opinion means nothing to mean unless you sincerely want to help me; insult is not valuable. They aren't perfect I KNOW, The whole point of these boats is to accept them for what they are since there is no easy way to make a boat.

It'll be a while so I'm not sure when exactly. I want to finish something by this weekend though.

The aquarium map was kinda like an enlarged version of the aquarium in my GSF Ghost's House map. It was going to have particles, interiors like a sunken ship and plastic pipes you can enter, and underwater plants. I was also going to add a sky box to make it look like you were in my GSF Ghost's House map. But, I just discarded it because it was really ambitious at the time.

How many more add-ons do you think youll release (after jet-ski)?
I might have to discard some add-ons, but it depends. Right now I'm planning on two or three more.

Ok I knows you're doing an aircraft carrier ghost but how many more including the carrier? Just a guess?
I might have to drop the carrier because planes can't land on it - due to how they are scripted. You can still drive cars on the carrier, even crash cars into it with no problem, but I just don't think it's worth releasing. As for my other add-ons, I might release two or three more.

They either float or turn well, this is just how the data block is. And they are boats not normal ground-based vehicles; they aren't supposed to have traction.

Uhmmm. Jet skis have handlebars, not yokes.
And people have attached limbs, not floating limbs like Ray Man or the Blockland minifigs. People tend to forget this is just a game and want everything to be perfect. Does having yokes instead of handlebars impede on the fun you can have with the Jet Ski?

I mean, all these add-ons will somehow be involved.

Well I working on the air craft carrier right now, and I was able to get planes to land on it. But, I'm having problems with Kaje's planes landing on it (probably due to the spring tension in the script), and I'm having problems with the carrier turning. I'm still working on it though.
