I was done using it to cheat in games. Why should you be trusted? The last time the issue of you cheating was brought up, you lied about using BLHack then tried desperately to discredit me by lying through your teeth. You seem to have issues with lying in my opinion.
In extension, it is Badspot who determines if said hacks are illegal or otherwise permitted. What the EULA does is give Badspot the right to decide this with effective legal stand, since Badspot owns the rights to his own game. Since Cca hasn't been banned, either Badspot hasn't been online, or he wants to see how this turns out.Fair points but if Badspot is the police, he can turn a blind eye to the crime but the crime is still a crime nonetheless.
Think of it as the EULA being the judge, but Badspot being the police. The judge cannot arrest the offenders, but the police, as the executive force, can. This is in-part what's so unappealing about YouTube's policy on copyright– it is all determined and executed with one electronic system.
Though, Badspot is not one for double standards, as far as I've seen.
Again, not defending or attacking Cca, just bringing points to the table.
I can't defend myself from that stand point. I'll give you that too. Thanks for being respectful about the situation.
I am trying to argue the point that I should be pardoned from this because I was not using it in a malicious way.
"You drive a car, and I don't. Therefore I don't want you driving around because you might hit me." ~ ZebloteCars aren't illegal, hacks are.
I am banned from all of Tezuni's servers. That's impossible.Tezuni isn't the only person who has hosted a slope ctf server within the last few months.
cca may own a gun, and it may have been designed to shoot people, but he isn't shooting people, and if he was we would find out. he's just . . . taking it to a gun range, to have some fun, i guess.Except it isn't illegal to have a gun.
There should be an equal amount of males and females in literature so girls will not feel left out.How would that be enforced? Putting requirements on what authors can write wouldn't go down well.
