The one I currently have can be heard from 2 rooms away and averages 46C. I'd like one thats really quiet and does a decent job at keeping things cool without using liquid cooling

Off Topic / i reinstalled steam

and all of my games are greyed out and it says that they need to be redownloaded, but yet everything is already installed on my drive. I also recreated clientregistry.blob(by deleting and rebooting) but it still didn't fix it
